    Four HIM’s took the morning by storm and kicked up some dust. We also broke in a new FNG “Al Bundy”.

    14 HIMs pushed themselves and each other to work their upper and lower bodies to the max.

  • The Crossing Chronicle

    Six men did a lot of stuff, some of it was on the hot pavement, some against a hot brick wall, and due to the traumatic affects it left on my mind some I can’t remember.

  • A Beautiful Day in Bermuda

    3 men in the HOT SANDS of Bermuda accomplished the following:

    Warm up:
    Side Straddle Hop, Don Quixote, Ukrainian Soldier, imperial walker, and 20 flutter kicks.

    Workout:

    A short run incorporating a Bernie.

    Ring of fire: 10ea Freddie Mercuries, pulse ups, American Hammers, starfish, WWII, and 30 Flutter variations. Circuit 10ea: pull ups, Merkins, jerkins, short pull ups, and easy merkins. 40 Hoe Downs, 20 wall walkers, Four corners: 10 Merkins, 20 Carolina Dry Docks, 30 Side Straddle Hops, and 40 monkey humpers.

  • Bermuda Nights

    Deep in the gloom, no police around, five HIMs hopped on the Broadway train to pay homage to their all familiar friend pain? Warmup: 10 Ukrainian Soldiers, 20 Side Straddle Hops, 10 Don Qs, 10 Merkins. The total mosey distance: 1.6mi. 30 Merkins, 30 WWIIs, 20 wide arm Merkins, 20 LBCs. 1min each: Merkins, Shoulder Taps, Flutter Kicks. 10 slow incline Merkins, 300 PoolBoy Specials which includes Shoulder Taps, Over-Head Claps and finger taps. 100 Pole Dancers and Bernie up hill five times.

  • The Broadway to Pain

    Eight brave men showed up for the morning fun. In fact, it was so fun, someone’s Garmin watch sent an incident report to their emergency contact🤫.

    Warmup: light warmup included mosey, Karaoke, 20 Side Straddle Hop, 10 Don Quixote, 10 Ukrainian Soldier, 10 slow Merkin, 25 Flutter Kicks w variance, Pierogi Strength

    Mosey 4 corners: 10 slow Merkins, 20 WWII, 30 squats, 40 Carolina Dry Docks, round II: double everything from round I only we Bernie around.

    Mosey 25 hoe downs, 15 Step-ups, 10 hoe downs, 20 buddy assisted Merkins, 20 buddy assisted Rocky sit-ups

    Mosey Dora: 100 WWII, 300 squats, 500 toe taps, the runner did Bernie around 

    1 cool down lap, finished with some light stretching.

  • Old School Military Workout

    A nice day for a stroll: five gents began with a light warmup consisting of 20 Don Quijote’s, 20 Ukrainian soldiers, a chest and hamstring stretch, concluding with 20 Merkins. Our workout took us around the AO twice with measured stops where we executed 20 Merkin’s, 20 WWIIs, 20 wide arm Merkins and 20 flutter kicks after which we incrementally held our feet up at 6 and 18 inches for approximately one minute. 20 buddy assisted elevated sit-ups, 20 buddy assisted elevated Merkins, a 100m sprint, traced the parking lot lines, 20 elevated Merkins, 20 elevated sit-ups, 10-1 Man killers, 20 WWII’s, 20 wide on Merkins, 20 elevated rock sit-ups, And 20 flutter kicks.

  • Crossing Over 5th Street

    These five men only worked two muscle groups legs and abs. Four minutes of wall sits in 1 minute intervals, 11 intervals of 20 Hoedowns, 100m Lunge Walk, 20 Squats, 40 Monkey Humpers, 20 Smurf Jacks, 20 Low Slow Squats, 20 Calf Raises, 200m Sprints, 300m Sprints, 50m Karaoke, 50m Butt Kicks. The workout concluded with five minutes of Mary consisting of 20 Heels to Heaven, 20 Alabama Prom Dates, 20 Double Count Shoulder Taps, 20 Double Count Flutter Kicks, 20 LBCs, 20 MTN. Climbers, 50m Bernie Sanders, 50 m High Knee, and 20 Plank Jacks.

  • The Iceman Cometh

    Four almost frozen men spent 45 minutes trying to stay warm. To achieve this objective they started with a slow mosey to ignite the initial flame. Then we completed a short warmup of 10 Don Quixote, Ukrainian Soldiers, and WWIIs. A little mosey to complete 100 Merkins suicide style then A nice mosey to the wall of pain (WOP) where we completed a total of 40 hoedowns, 15 Carolina Dry Docks, 60 Elevated Merkins, and 50 Elevated Rocky Sit-ups. A short Mosey to finish off with 5 minutes of Mary consisting of 25 American Hammers, 25 ear-to-shoulders, and 25 neck rotations.
