    We first ran to the tennis courts and broke out to do merkins, squats, burpees, and WWII’s. At each quadrant of the courts. Then we did lunges and dips at the stadium. We ran to the basketball court and did suicides then ran back to the flag.

    We ran 3.5 miles and returned a few minutes late.

  • We’re Not Melting

    We did not venture out of the West Broad Village Parking Garage due to the rain. We started with uphill 11’s (going up the parking deck) doing burpee’s and WW2’s. Then we ran another 1.5 miles up and down, and down and up the parking deck doing exercises on the ground floor. We completed 2.75 miles but it felt like most of it was up hill. No one melted but we were wet with sweet by the end.

  • First Cold Run – 11’s

    My first QIC, so patience is appreciated on this post and workout.

    We ran to Short Pump Park for warm ups, briefly got lost, and did 11’s at the Nissan dealership (burpee’s & squats). Then we ran to West Broad Village for tricep dips and murkins in the median. One lap around the WBV pond and back home for a total 3.8 miles and 1 minute late…
