    bullseye with crawl bears, bear crawls, an assortment of exercises in between with a Yukon surprised by the rinse and repeat method.
    Wedding singer with a 4 min all out track run, some abs

    kicked to yours truly to finish. I went Kung fu style with dan’s dojo. Run up the hill, many front, side and round kicks, Kung fu hustle and a Mary ring at the flag.

    Announcements and prayer requests, Doozy took us out with a good word. There is no finer set of gentlemen to work out with than my F3 bros. Grace and peace ✌?

  • It’s the A Day

    We started the sunshiney day off with SSHs, merkins, a variety of stretches and then I took off the sweatshirt.

    since we did choice B on Friday I went with choice A today. It was a horseshoe buildup. exercise, run the trail up hill, exercise, run the trail down hill, add an exercise, rinse and repeat. 10 merkins, 15 squats, 20 plank jack, 25 lbs, 30 ssh then drop an exercise each run until only 10 merkins left.

    Finished and rock exercises until arms felt like jelly. We were inspired to stop due to the size of POG’s rock and how hard he appeared to be working.

    numberama/namearama, YHC brought us out.

  • back in the saddle again

    came in hot in my own hood. The dog wouldn’t pee. Tried to take out honeymoon to put him out of his misery. THere were doubts about Duke’s attendance (not by me) but alas he arrived with bells just in time to go right back up and down Satan’s Hill. There was a small mutiny with commentary that if I had showed up instead of fartsacking for 3 weeks I’d know that they already ran this week at other venues. The run was followed by some SSHs, merkins, DQs, helo’s, and jazzercise.

    THANG

    Wilson chose “choice B” – the beast. Off to New Market Villages and setup for a build-a-beast with merkins, squats, box cutters, SSHs, dry docks and and then Wilson chose “choice A” – WWIIs.

    Wilson reasoned that choice A vs B didn’t matter, both would result in sucking. While true, he chose more wisely (blind luck) and avoided a ton of running and burpees (which he may not have done anyway). He likes to administer the choice A/B medicine, so I thought I might give him a dose of his own concoction.

  • Jazzy jazzercise

    normal ray of warm-up exercise including side straddle hops, Merkins and some smooth jazzy talk from yhc while we performed Jazzercise helicopters and deadman hang.

    It went down with a little bit of kung fu hustle followed by a Dora. The Dora numbers the q chose were …. in need of revision. Audible called. Then a horseshoe in 2 courts with a mixture of running, merkins, squats, LBC’s and finished with an array of Rock exercises (Rock coupon)

    Rosco brought us out with a good word. Blood drive may 1 along with a double mint graveyard cleanup.

  • Beast of Satan’s Hill

    typical warm up of SSHs, merkins, lbc, jazzercise, et al with good mumble chatter for a nice friday morn. Wilson admitted the only reason he made it was to let out the neighbor’s dogs this morning.

    THANG

    grab a coupon for a curls/skull crusher/bench press (without a bench), take a run down SH, rinse and repeat, up SH, repeato, down SH.

    Beast time for 666 merkins, SSH, WWII, dry dock, couple i don’t recall due to wine in charlottesville, and burpees.

    PAX revolted on burpee call but Q stuck to his guns. eventually the insurrection was curtailed and we happily called time.

    Rosco brought us out with a good word. good work, my privilege to lead fellas.

    Beavis and I got to timberwolf with little time to spare. DK and the prodigal son, Mr. Roper, were ready to roll.

    light pole alley – 10 merkins then 10 merkins 15 jump squats, adding on 20 plank jacks, 25 SSHs, 30 lbc, 35 dry docks.

    Almost finished, i call an audible for too many dry docks stacked on all of the other exercises when DK brought to Qs attention that 615 hit.

    Back for numberama, namarama, and prayers. Good to have you back roper, we missed you dude. MY pleasure to lead such a fine group.

  • Dora and the beast

    It was a warm and sultry morning. Well maybe not sultry but we were on Sultree Drive. YHC cruised in a it is somewhat alarming pace 30 seconds after 530. Hop out of the car and get right to work with a side straddle hops and some stretching.

    The Dora was at the bottom of Satan‘s hill and included Carolina dry docks, monkey Humpers, little baby crunches. Move onto the beast which was done the hard way. A six pack of stacked side straddle hops, Squats, Merkins, double count mountain climbers, World War II’s, hello dollies. Have to go pick up the cones so do that the hard way too with Six Burpee’s at each stop. Back to the flag for a circle of Mary and a mixup of some nice abs exercises.Name Arama, number Rama, prayers for honeymoons family with Rosco taking us out on an excellent word.

  • Doors and more

    Cop

    Runners off for 5.5. Start of the morning on time or with some side straddle hops, Merkins and some fancy Jazzercise stretching in front of the work van. The work van worker was not impressed and left. We tried a short karate session.

    THANG

    We started with a triple check followed by another triple with a runner combination of World War II‘s, Americans, dry docks, squats in LBCs. YHC was successful in confusing the pax with a mixed up set of directions. One would think yhc understood how a triple check worked by now . Then we found every door at the middle school and did an appropriate number of exercises for each numbered door. Exercises alternated from upper body to abs to legs. We did some sprints at the end drowned off the last few minutes and make sure the pax got their moneys worth.
    it’s a privilege and a pleasure to lead. Prayers for honeymoons dad, our nation and our friends. February 1 at kindred Spirit celebrate the end of dry January. Look to slack for galactocemia 5k from Nancy.

    stretches, SSHs, merkins, and a lot of mumble chatter about the recent election results

    THANG

    pair off, one is a runner and the other is merkins. rinse and repeat but with dips then WWIIs. No herme Q is complete without MMA training. Parking lot front kicks, lunge front kicks and some lunge jabs. Martial arts done, head to light pole alley. A variety of upper, lower, and mid body exercises.

    The troops killed it and we had some time for donkey kicks and wall sits. Half way around a Mary 615 am hit.

    In light of the recent release of season 3 of the best teenage drama ever, we began cobra kai training at the clubhouse. SSHs, helicoptors, jazzercise, merkins, front kicks, side kicks, and shuffle jabs. Off to find the beast of new market again.

    THANG

    The Beast was located at New Market 2. It was dark, quiet, and 72 degrees. Perfect weather to destroy him, and the kai’s were animals. YHC was impressed with fortitude and speed of the PAX. It was an altered beast –

    first 6 stops were 6 ssh’s, next was 6 ssh’s followed by squats, stack those up with merkins, 4th set to add in was plank jacks along with the 1st 3 excersises, then WWII’s, finally hello dolly’s. Beast was slain, with some time left. Back to clubhouse with Nancy leading. No one told him this wasn’t a race.

    YHC called some sprints, a mary circle and was out of steam but felt the cobra kai’s would benefit from a few burpees. Honeymoon disagreed. YHC believed the cobra’s had enough, but Johnny Lawrence (Nancy) felt compelled to utilize the last 1 min and 30sec for a session of plank balance exercise. Mumble chatter ensued. Strike first, strike hard, no mercy.
