  • Me and My Mates

11 Noble Warriors Played on the carpeted fields of No Toll.

In hopes to see Red Card post one last time before his return to India. YHC brought the heat to the nice carpet-like turfed fields of No Toll. Here’s what you might have missed.

    Naked Moleskin:

YHC had the pax charge across the gloom laden fields as a show of force against the invisible enemy. It was challenging to hold the line. YHCs voice broke the silence with charge and the Pax sprinted across the last field. There were no warriors that met us on the other side, but, as evidenced by the COT, together we stand. Let us lift each other up F3RVA.

  • Bruce Lee 50yr

13 Macho men made their way through the abb gauntlet that Bruce Lee laid down. With the Weinke hankie in his pocket Machismo stated the Warmarama.

Continue on to a lap with the πŸ‡ΊπŸ‡² I. P. Style circle back for the 6.

triple check: Lt. Dan’s, Dips, Filed Run.

Grab the flag and back with sone high knees, butt kickers, side steps.

Toll of 20 dips and inerkins.

suicide to kill 2 min. Then names and numbers.

YHC reflected on taking the most out of every day because aspirin can kill you (Bruce Lee). Prayers for Belay and his family as they lay to rest his grandfather in Iceland. Welcome F3 RVAs newest member CH3. Chris owns a propane delivery business (20lb cylinders) so OC got wise and wanted to name him the chemical formula for propane. As fate would have it CH3 (CH3 Methyl Group) is methane. So Chris for your excessively long fart sack welcome your name will be remembered as chemically complicated but technically cow farts. Looking forward to beating down the gloom with you!

  • Airborne FNG school

25 RockStars including multiple FNGs made this convergence style AO half of a Fourth of July attendance. With Band of Brothers and the 101st airborne prescient there were verbose instructional introductions and brotherhood references. Nonetheless we made it through a long Warmarama. Soldiers, Merkins, ssh, shoulder taps, WW2S, and Don Qs were done and the 6-year-olds locked in on the core principles and mission statement of F3.

Following the rough start YHC tried a relay race but with 25 unawares and prickly grass modifications became necessary.

Parachute for the win. With nothing to lose we went on a parachute filled excursion with alternating exercises under the canopy. I think there’s something there but again it’s hard to organize 25 with no gaps.

Final try was with dodgeball on top with called exercises for the first losers.

YHC got the pleasure of introducing my neighbor to the group and Puff did great. Gume left the workout with no new name but we named quite a few others. What a testament to our first level of leadership commitment, in our families. DTH thanks for organizing.

  • On again off again echo chamber.

The Macheesman was ready to skip and start work early but opted for a slutterstart at the Forge instead. The pax not warned nor prepared started with a pole to pole American Burpee Bigmac. 3 burpees 10 American hammers repeato to the primary school. Warmarama included: Ukrainians, Merkins, imperialists, Rosalitas, Don Qs, Freddie’s, it was a Star studded line up. On to a Dora while admiring the sunrise with 100 dips, 200 LBCs, 300 flutters.

    Echo chamber for dirty hookups.

Eye of the hurricane 10 burpees middle with 20S hammers, WW2, CDD, SHOULDER TAPS,

Back to the echo chamber for how downs.

merkin ring of fire to finish.

If the fart sack is calling sometimes the best thing is just a little Machismo.

  • I Get Knocked Down

3 SOTers greeted a guest Q and to this is more or less what happened.

    BTTF DQs, LBCs, Obliques, Stretches

announcements; oysters paying today, diamond billiards 3f tomorrow at 530.

reflecting on the sacredness of life today. We were created with a purpose. YHC took some time to remember this impacted by the tragedy this week. Working out at the football field felt sacred like we shouldnt be at the field because of what happened. The reality is we need to do the opposite we need show up, engage others more, we need to redeem these spaces with our sweat.

Reflecting on the title freed to lead. It’s an oxymoron. Leadership is often considered a shackle when we choose to lead it’s empowering. Go, lead, be free.

  • Did I Say Merkin?

When YHC had dreams of getting kicked off the Q Sheet it almost happened. After YHC scraped the fartsack off arriving late, we went directly into some Warmarama.

8 count absolution, 14 SSH, 10 LBCs, 20 Merkins, Arm Circles,

    #1 Dora: 100 dips, 100 merkins, 150 SSH

    #2 11s Merkins and WWIIs

    #3 Broya 25 PLTs ea 25 Boya Merkins 25 PLT 25 Merkin.

    #4 Ring of abs.

YHC had big dreams of carrying a telephone pole through this workout. Watch out for the Q at No Toll there may be an opportunity yet. After totaling that Merkin love up it’s around 176. Excellent work fellas, again sorry for the late Q.

  • 9 Jerkin-lovers get their Jollies.

9 Unsuspecting Dogpilers assembled at the Dell for YHC’s first Q at this lovely venue.

    The Thang:

Warmerama: Mosey to large tree at the far end of the parking lot. 20 SSH, 10 Punters (more of a swing than a Ukranian Soldier), 10 Ukranian Soldiers, 20 Merkins.

#1 Squat ladder up ampitheater box jump to tier add a squat per tier – 18 total.

#2 Triple check: here’s where the Jerkins came in, Dips and timer did a promenade on the stage.

#3 Time burner challenge 11s at the valley of ill repute (aptly named) Burpees, and Lt. Dans.

#4 circle in front of the site of perpetual construction. looks like a hurricane to YHC. Eye of the abb hurricane: American Hammers, Flutters, Heals to Heaven, LBC 25 count each.

#5 Eye of the Mericane CDD, Merkins, Hand Release Merkins, Inverted Merkins 12 count each.

#6 Absolution (YHC got this wrong and added a Merkin in what should have been a knees to chest hop, what’s that called? Like a Mountain Climber but with both legs). 8 count down to Elbow plank, Plank Jack, up to plank, then Merkin instead of aforementioned. Bleeder had an excellent suggestion of passing the count around the circle. YHC struggled to keep composure.

Arm raises back to the flag, numbers, names.

YHC saw the Q open last night and took it. Love this AO and the fine fella’s there, would love make it to Libbie Market one morning to follow. Slipping Jimmie had me rolling. Love hanging with a crowd I’m not used to rolling with. Since they changed the traffic pattern at Rock N’ Roll YHC may make this a regular slip across the river. Leave the Q open and you never know what rif raff might drop in.
