Hills and God
Great morning to run for the Friday morning runners. Small group today so Mr Rogers decided that we should do hills, ran over to Glen Eagle hit several streets with hills to climb up and return back down, then over to Pump and a few circles around John Rolf Square. Much discussion today about religion, the origin, study and belief of faith. How literal and Academics dissect Christ and Gods existence mostly relating to Heaven and Hell today. Nice run, 5.25 miles covered at an 8:34 pace.

Solid misty Halloween Prep
I slightly foggy morning greeted us today for a nice solid building WTH classic, The Cul-De-Sac workout, if you know, you know!
The Thing:
Good Morning No pre-volunteered Que so I grabbed it and lets go!! Mosey over to one of our favorite neighborhoods to get dogs barking early and motion lights shinning as we worked every Cul-De-Sac in the community. Run to cul-de-sac 15 Merkins, 20 LBCs and off to the next one, 9 of them in total and then Mosey back to flag with a long cut around the lake and 1 final stop at the pavilion to make the math easy, 1 more set to round our morning at 150 merkins completed, 200 LBCs done. As we made it back to flag location time allowed the bus loop lap to reach 4 miles of distance covered and we are ready for candy eating. Nice chatter about Halloween activities in todays communities and childhood memories, daylight savings times conversation….does it end or not?? I closed us in prayer and called it a wrap.

Change of plans
12 warriors gathered in the gloom for a Friday Bro Code run, the Q lacked the appreciation of “Bro Code” and suggested a longer route with a shorter turn option. After the mutiny cooled down the Pax took off for a beautiful cool March morning run. Along the path the Q decided the Pax had spoken and we altered the route for the less aggressive pace and finished with a @4.5 mile run for the group with a few hitting 4.88 miles. Great turn out for our Friday and talk of starting F3 lunch gathering each month for more opportunities to fellowship. West end location chime in if you would like to be part. Q closed in prayer. Remember to lift up in prayer Lighthouses’ family in the Ukraine as they are dealing with war and dangerous situations.

So Warm in February
AS we gathered in the 67 degree morning and said this is so nice, we failed to remember the sweet that comes from running in the humidity! 5 miles later we were reminded of the bi-product of warm weather. 7 gathered for a run that covered many dark streets and turns that separated the pax eventually but all ended back up at the flag. Gomer and Transport continue to work on ailing body part and walked their own path but got out in the gloom to be part! Showing up is part of our mission and we appreciate them for being part of our group. Pinto closed in prayer.
