    Warm-up

    Triple check (curls, jerkins, runner doing a burpee suicide in parking lot)

    Run to top of Satan’s Hill, halfway down, back up, halfway down, back up. Flutter kicks watching the SpaceX rocket which was awesome.

    Back down the hill for some curls, and more curls, and some more curls.

    Finished off with some ab work.

    Burpees at each door around school ( 1 at each door)

    Circle up- rounds of different merkins, shoulder taps, arm circles

    mosey to other side of school- rounds of squats, ball dippers, people’s chair, broad jump burpees, lunges.

    mosey down to the track- american hammers, WWII’s, flutter kicks. 20 of each at each corner of the track.

    15 burpees running up the hill to the flag.

    Back to the flag even though we had 5 more cul-de-sacs left. I guess time flies when you are having fun.

    10 Burpees, 10 Squats, 10, Merkins, Run up the hill and back, 9 Burpees, 9 Squats, 9 Merkins, Run down to the stop sign and back, Going down to 0. Even numbers run up the hill, odd numbers run to the stop sign.

    Squats/calf raises, plank, ab exercises

    Lunge across small section of parking lot, 10 ball dippers, back across, 9, going down to 0.

    Grab a coupon and did 3 rounds of 21s.

    Way to start the week off strong!
