It was a cool, damp morning in the gloom in the Bermuda Triangle. The chance of rain managed to keep the soft commits in the fart sack, but there were 2 PAX that knew that it doesn’t rain in The Bermuda Triangle. The clock struck 530, and the PAX were off for a mosey around Ecoff Elementary, about a half mile, then into the standard warmarama complete with Nancy Kerrigan’s, Ukrainian Soldiers, Imperial Walkers, Merkins, and LBCs. 1st COP Merkin Burnout Four Corners Prostitute Style 12 Merkins at each corner (Or to Failure) 1st corner Standard Merkins 2nd corner Wide…

4 HIMs came out to the Bermuda Triangle for Doolittle’s VQ. We kicked things off with a mosey to the lower parking lot then back to the field for the warm-o-rama. Rattled off 20 SSH, imperial walkers and Ukrainian soldiers. The main event followed, a beatdown to target the 3 major muscle groups (Arms, Legs and Core). 3 stations were set up with a 4th acting as a timer. No rep counts, just you v you. Round 1 consisted of Merkins, lunges and WW2s. Timer would farmers carry the length of the field and then run back. Once he returned…

A birthday Q to remember. Me vs me I always try to push myself in the things I don’t like doing. I looked back to the recent ipc week 1. On the football field we ran 90 yards between each work out. 35 reps at each end of the field. We did start with 6 burpees in honor of Broadways request. Workout in the end zones consisted of: SSH, merkins, oblique lifts with cindies, plank Jack’s, lbc’s, oblique lbc’s, box cutters, WW2s, calf raises with 2 cindies, double count lunges, squats, and maybe one or two I’m forgetting. We racked…

5 Bermuda Boys came to Goyne Park to enjoy a Cindy, EMOM timer free, Non Iron PAX workout! However, if anyone thought it going to be a Broga Session, they would be sorely mistaken. The temps were cool and the PAX were ready to go at 530. Warmarama Mosey to the basketball court for the standard warmarama SSH, Ukrainian Soldiers, Imperial Walkers, Nancy Kerrigan’s, LBCs. 6 Pack of PAX made it to the friendly confines of Goyne Park for the latest installment of The Bermuda Triangle. It was a mild 70 and sunny, but the Bermuda Boys were not in for a mild beatdown. We moseyed over to the basketball court for the standard warmarama, then got into some suicides for the first COP Lunge walk to quarter, half, 3 quarter, and full court, 10 merkins, then Bernie back. Mosey to the coupon shed to pick up 3 coupons and bring back to the pavilion for a Dora. 100 Thrusters, 150 Heels to Heaven, 200…

Today felt like a gloom kind of morning. Muggy and just right for Bermuda. Poolboy brought the coupons for the festivities. Mosey to get us going down to the lower lot and corraled through the parking spots then broad jumps to finish the lower lot. Back to the main lot to get all the stretches in. Dead man hangs, arm circles, SSH, and that other thing……. with plenty of coupons we broke it up into triplesets. Timer farmer carried two cindies the length of the parking lot and sprint back, plank pull throughs with the kettlebell, thrusters with the slam…

Apparently, he was talking about Pool Boy and YHC. 4 Bermuda Boys made it out to Goyne Park for the latest Bermuda Triangle Beatdown. The temps were cool and the ground was moist. Not quite what we tend to expect on an August morning in Chester, but no one was complaining. We started with a mosey down to the lower parking lot, and some parking lot chasers, then circle up for an extensive warmarama. Your standard stuff, with a little extra emphasis on the legs. Mosey over to the football field for the Main Event. Yes, the main event came…

A Magnificent Seven came out to Goyne Park for a birthday celebration. YHC wanted to make sure the PAX knew the date and age of his mother, so all sets were either 7, 29, 55 (as in 1955), and 70 reps After a brief warmup (maybe too brief) We started with 7 sprints across the cowpasture. Pool Boy was sandbagging, because he left us all in the dust on the last sprint. Then to the pavilion for 29 chair dips to the yoga mat for 29 heels to heaven, 7 WW2s, 29 American Hammers, 7 burpees Back to the parking…
