While I need the additional miles, the main reason for running with Lighthouse at Brunch Club is to do this post and get Lighthouse to win for the most posts in 2024. Note that he has no desire to win and probably has a dozen other Brunchclub runs with Gypsy that no one recorded. But he should win. He deserves it. And then he gets to go for most Q’s in 2025!!! 3.2 miles pre Gridiron.

Another pre-Gridiron run and we found some new territory. Went South to Leisfeld, then North on Gayton and then went into the Bentley subdivision for something new (and to make it 3 miles). Eventually ended up back on Pouncey Track and headed home. 3.04 miles in 26:13 for 8:37 a mile. A nice warmup for a Tatar Gridiron where we mistakenly assumed there would not be much running.

Six dummies searching for extra heat and sweat had some running fun before Gridiron. Chum and Jville did 7.5 (!) and joined Gridiron a bit late while the rest of us did 3. Good to have Offshore join us and not complain because we were too slow for him.
Four Westhoe runners did 3+ miles before a Nancy Lopez beat down at Gridiron. Thanks to Gypsy for leading Brunch Club PR.
Two originals came super early for a prerun and the three young kids came later and got in 3 miles. Paths were crossed, high fives delivered/received and we met up again before Gridiron.
The call was made and Whitesnake answered. Nice easy prerun around the AO for the morning. Catching up with Whitesnake along the way. A few turns…cross the walking bridge.. up a hill and back to site for some fellowship with the convergence pax. SYITG!! v/r Gypsy
Slack post didn’t call all the boys to yard. Solo table for one to enjoy some prerunning brunch. All good, I put on the ear buds the newest WESTHOE 2nd F Tuesday book: 12 Rules for Life and started off on an 8 miler prerun.
