  • Curb Crawl Blockee Suicides

5 Cyborgs activated for an epic rager this morning at Bermuda. Half way through the ass beating Posh provided some hilarious motivation “We’re building Cyborgs here at F3!”. Hell yes. The team of terminators did not disappoint. Props to @NTB for the EMOM 15 idea – adding coupons to this was a hellish curveball.

    • Warmarama
      • Farmer’s Carry Cindys From Shed down to median area

        • 1 Cindy Thruster
        • 1 Cindy Curl
      • The rest period evaporated by reps 5 and 6 so we shortened the run. By the 10th round we never stopped moving.
      • Love this circuit will absolutely deploy in the future
    • CURB CRAWL BLOCKEE SUICIDES
      • Another sinister COP inspired by the insane amount of Curb Crawls we’ve doing in previous Posh and Pool Boy Q’s.
      • Cindy’s staged at the beginning of the median
      • Treat the curb at the median like the “basketball court length” (overall length was probably 50 yards)
      • 1st leg
        • 2 Blockees
        • Curb Crawl 1/4 of the way

  • Ultimate Warriors

It was looking like it was just going to be House Party and myself until just a few minutes before post time, when Choo Choo and Beaver rolled in. Then with a minute to spare, an FNG pulls in!  We start to mosey to the basketball court and what looks like another FNG comes in!  The Q-drenaline was real!  So with 6 Ultimate Fighters, we made our way to the basketball court.

    Mosey to the basketball court
Standard warmarama with F3 Mission, Credo, and 5 core principles
    Wall work 3 rounds
    Hoe downs
    Heel touchers
    Donkey kicks

    NASCAR
A Shaw-shank Special. Kind of Indigenous People’s style workout.
Person in the back does a lap around the basketball court and comes back to the front while PAX perform a called exercise.
    Heels to heaven
    LBCs
    Shoulder taps
    Crab cakes
    Air squats
    WW2s

Mosey to the Coupon Cowpasture and grab some coupons.

    Triple check
    Hand Release Merkins
    Curls
One PAX runs to the tree and back

With about 8 minutes left YHC just had the PAX Plank on their own while each of us said something about ourselves. Got to know a little bit about our 2 FNGs. They both pushed through a tough workout. Real fighters!  Seriously, Jack Links is a former boxer (and a beast!), and Tom Hardy is a veteran, who works at the V.A. and is very much into MMA and practices in Jiu Jitsu himself.
Props to House Party who toughed out a triple workout (a run, a ruck, and a boot camp) with myself. And to Choo Choo and Beaver who also fought through a tough workout after posting all over DaVille this week.
Great PAX today! I was blessed to lead this group of HIMs!

  • 360k For That??

House Party and Big Rig did a 2+ mile ruck in the neighborhood around Goyne Park. Lots of chatter on multiple topics, and we checked out the local real estate. Rucking is great active recovery. Maybe not so much with a cinder block the whole way.

  • Back at Rockwood

YHC was back at Rockwood Park for the first time since June. Not too much had changed other than the gates weren’t unlocked. 5am rolled around and it was time for the solo act in Premature Acceleration.

2 mile warmup run, then 1 mile with the weighted vest. Then 3 sets of 10 hollow rocks at the monkey bars on the kids playground. Then 6 sets of 5 deficit merkins between the cindies, broken up by a few farmer’s carries. Then 3 more sets of hollow rocks, followed by a few more sets of deficit merkins broken up by farmer’s carries.

Few minutes til 6 and Mudslide pulls up, as the Latino Market is getting setup. Mudslide had PLENTY more beatdown with his Morning Wood and RocknRoll

  • That’s alot of running… F3 Olympic Decathlon

6 Rva Olympians came to represent their region at the 1st annual F3 Olympic Decathlon! Chaplain was about half way through the warm-up tour and commented “this is alot of running” – indeed Chap, indeed… 10 stations and a mile of running total in between for each lap made for a smokeshow at Goyne Hard today. The cheering crowds witnessed the following displays of strength and endurance…

    • 10 Stations – Run in between (See map) – 1 mile total round trip
    • 20 Reps at each station
    • #1 – Decline Merkins (Stadium Stairs)
    • #2 – KB Swings
    • #3 – Cindy Curls
    • #4 – Groiners
    • #5 – Burpees
    • #6 – Cindy WW3’s
    • #7 – Pull-ups
    • #8 – Dips
    • #9 – Polesmokers
    • #10 – Table step-ups

Final times and medal counts are listed below – great job by all pushing hard at this. The running in between the sets made for zero recovery. Think Old/New Glory with weights thrown in. Go America!

    • Gold Medal – State Farm – 2 laps in 35min
    • Silver Medal – Chaplain – 2 laps in 36 min
    • Bronze Medal – Touchdown – 2 laps in 38 min
    • Honorable Placement: House Party, Broadway, Beaver – 1.8 Laps in 39 minutes

Thanks again for joining on this guys – loved it!

  • State Farm and Pool Boy can’t seem to count past 12

3 Compadres made their way to The Bermuda Triangle for another test of strength and endurance. It was a steamy morning, and we had coupons aplenty.

We moseyed over to our coupon storage and grabbed a coupl cindies, then moseyed back to the grill next to the pavilion for a standard warmarama. State Farm, and Pool Boy really need to work on his counting past 12. For some reason, they gets lost after that point.

Next over to the restroom building for some donkey kicks before we get to use our toys. Sets of 5, 10, 15, and 20.

    Next for a triple check

1st exercise: WW4s (WW2 situps with a 20 lb slamball, and an overhead American Hammer)

    2nd: Goblet squats with kettlebell

Timer: Farmer’s carry 2 cindies to the tree and back. 10 Deficit Merkins between cindies every time you have to drop the cindies

After a couple of the Farmer carries, just holding the kettlebell became difficult. Killer grip workout.

    Return cindies home and bttf.

    31s until time expired

    21 merkins and 10 V ups

20 merkins 11 vups Etc. Etc

I must admit I was smoked and had to modify the merkins to failure very early on. State Farm was proudly stuck his chest out after he made it through the reps. Pool Boy continues to get stronger, and pushes himself harder each time out.

Love these Bermuda Boyz, even if they have trouble counting.

  • Exploring the Goyne

4 brave Gents beat the heat to explore what the Goyne has to offer. No law enforcement had to be called for the random guy rifle carrying a sledge hanger through the neighborhood. Quick water break halfway through, then on to the plastic frisbee wanna be golf course. We made it back to the jungle gym for dips, pull ups, jerkins, and a quick mosey BTTF. 2.5 miles to start the morning off.

  • cobwebs, coupons, and cartwheels

Coupons were brought for all to share during the ruck. None opted to bring Cindy or the sledge hammer for the rifle carry. Rodeo clown at one point showed us his agility with a cartwheel proving he does all his own stunts. Our best calculations showed to be about 2.6 miles. Mudslide got the only pull up in before he split for broga. We finished strong with the one last quick lap around the park just in time for the Florence Q. Great work PAX.

  • Coupon Creek

Two SOJ usurpers stamped passports, hopped a clown car, and after hours of quality mumble chatter landed their craft safely at The Creek. They were greeting by five fierce natives of the north lands who resisted the takeover until they were placated with gifts of latex-dipped gloves. The wild northmen then gaped in awed silence at the gifts of coupons emerging from the aforementioned craft, and solemnly each warrior accepted a token of good will. Here’s what two bewildered deer witnessed:

    • YHC took the PAX out in Prayer

NMS:  Awesome to have LWoods SOJ company for the takeover this morning – MUCH appreciated brother! This was YHC’s 6th post and 4th Q for the week, and as a result, A) YHC is hurting all over, and B) YHC knows the well is not yet dry. You don’t know what you’re capable of until you try! And well, YHC tries hard… (emoji sunglasses smiling face here).  Thanks to our Daville brothers trying something new with a few coupons today. Not a lot of running, but it felt as much like a ruck as a bootcamp, so the burn was good. Keep posting fellas! Yours AYE! ~DTH
