Eight brothers showed up this morning for a 6 mile run and here is what went down. YHC chose a mostly flat route to run this morning as we had 6 and 7 mile runs this morning. The route started behind Atlee High School and ran to honey Meadows and we took the access road to Kings Charter and ran towards the club house on Kings Charter Drive. 4 Davillians skip Dogpile this morning to keep up with their 1/2 marathon training. We meet at Honey Meadow clubhouse and started the run into Kings Charter then headed down Ivy Banks rd into several other neighborhoods before running the loop in Kingswood Court. Headed back to Kings Charter. Marco Polo and YHC ran down King Charter Rd then looped back at the 5 mile marker then pushed the pace for the last 1.5 miles. 2 Davillians braves the winds and ice for a Saturday morning run. With the conditions and Marco Polo running behind we only got in 4.5 miles. Route was up and down the road of Craney Island then head into Giles for some hill work before heading back Coffee at the Local Cup afterwards Cold morning but good to get in the miles Spit On That!

9 Davillians show up for a crisp Sunny and 70 run or Ruck workout this morning. Circle K showed up with his dog for a Ruck walk workout, the remaining group ran 5, 5.5, 6 and 7 miles. We did the Farmhouse route that takes you through King’s Charter on the East side and some runners wanted to get 6 miles in and ran and extended route through Honey Meadows catching a trail to the condos on Honey Meadow’s road and back through the Teachers lot bus loop back to the flag. 4 Davillians braved the windy Saturday morning to get in their miles. YHC had to start at 6 to make time to get ready for his 2.0’s birthday party. So YHC ran out into Honey Meadows and back then ran with the rest of the crew for 15 mins then back to get in 6+ miles 3 Davillians started at 6:30 and ran 4 minutes on and 30 secs walk for a hour long time So coffee a the Local Cup afterwards

7 guys showed up to beat the cold and run an hour or so. Giles loop into Craney Island and back. Mileage range from 5.6 to 6.5. coffeteria afterwards at local cup! Nice work everyone!

A Fab 5 to advance of the warm weather to get in a run this morning. The plan was run for an hour at your own pace. Distance ranged from 5.5 to 6.25 miles. It was great to finally met Clint and also to have Mr. Holland join us for a run We headed over to the Local Cup and met up with the two that went to Dogpile Plans were discuss about a half marathon in April SPIT ON THAT!!
