Got our usual 3 miles in on our ruck today. Wonka is our bird expert of the PAX and he confirmed what we thought was an owl was indeed just a stump. Glad we have these kinds of experts in our gang.

Two of us braved the wet trails this morning to sink or swim. We knocked out 3.5 miles with weight on our backs. Why make life easy? Spent the time solving all of life’s mysteries parenting, self-discipline, hiking strategies, and of course how women are obviously the superior species. Shoutout to Friday for showing up! Turns out we both enjoy suffering in nature. Don’t waste the day!

3 of us came out this morning moving some iron. On our adventures out we spotted two shady looking rides in the back lot with some young kids who clearly weren’t there for the ruck. So we did the responsible thing and called it in. Apparently the local cops hit snooze on their shift, and the suspects made a clean getaway. We still cranked out a 5K with some extra weight and got treated to a beautiful sunrise!

2 Iron Hauling SOGs emerged for a casual 5k ruck this 65 & sunny gloom. YHC had plans to change it up a bit, however yesterday had me crushed. Since Choo Choo and I are starting the 75 Days Hard, Iron Haul might be a good place to discuss some reading if we can all get going on the F3 QSource book. What do y’all think? Beaver’s on vacation so I gotta go, this deck ain’t gonna build itself.

3 Beasts from the east got together this morning to work on our rucking pace. We got in 3 miles at a pace of 15:30. A lot of chatter this morning about daily routines and having kids. YHC agrees that Wildwood has one of the best daily routines which includes a lot of golf. Beavers next Q will be his 100th! Without his push, discipline, and commitment, we wouldn’t even have an F3 in New Kent. He didn’t just show up he helped build something. Appreciate you! YHC out Don’t waste the day!

With Beaver down range Wildwood and I decided to try and beat his rucking pace this morning. We had a good shuffle going on but couldn’t quite get there but we will! We knocked out a little over 3 miles at a 16:30 pace. It was good to catch up and talk about vacations, kids and pretty much everything going on in this crazy world. We both agreed that people need to focus more on improving themselves than focusing on the flaws of others. More people need to wake up earlier and put in the work! Don’t waste the day.

2 Violent Gentlemen emerged like ninjas on the PFP neighborhood. We almost made it out until a small truck driving in made certain he’s keeping tabs on us by clicking his high beams on. Just wave and try not to stare into the 2 suns coming at us. Good rucking with you this morning Wildwood! We’re missing the rest of our crew! We hope to see everybody soon.

3 of us got together to try and figure out how the woman’s brain works. We were very unsuccessful but us men did agree with alot when it came to marriage. Our buddy Wildwood will be getting married soon so we threw in our opinions and thoughts about marriage. We are very lucky to have these woman in our lives to keep us on the straight and narrow. Knocked out 3 miles with some iron in your backs. Don’t waste the day!

2 very enthusiastic men showed up this morning to knock out a 3 mile ruck. YHC moaned and wined about not sleeping again. Beaver is in recovery mode for a little bit. Our sons are driving us a little crazy but we’ll survive! YHC was in a rush to cut out to take the kids to school. Don’t waste the day! OUT
