    3 veterans show up for the morning beatdown. Started off with an 8:20 mile, followed by COP of pushups with kettle bell, armcircles front then back then 20 happy mornings. Enough of COP.

    Triple check at the bus loop, one runner, one laying on the ground doing one arm flush, the other standing up doing chest press (dont know the name).

    Mosey over the the front parking lot.

    Four rounds of (10) skull crushers sit up push press, (10) kettlebell burpee, (10) one arm pushpress, (10) inclined pushups with kettlebell on back.

    2 mins left. Finished with 100 on your back chest press…

    Number off and Trout took us out….

  • LIFO Murph

    A solo Davillians at 5:30 decided to get out of the car and get ready. Luckily at 5:31 Opus showed and 5:35 Bulkhead decided to make an appearance so this lone wolf became a wolfpack.

    3 Davillians took part is an old tradition of First Murph Wednesdays at MANNDate.

    6 to YHC make his return to MANNDate. It has been 30 weeks since YHC came to the grounds of Washington-Henry ES. It was time to play a little catch up.

    It was great to be back swing around kettle bell this morning. Last time YHC was out there was in the middle of Aug and Gumbo had a guest Q.

    Mumble chatter has you guess it was focused around COVID-19. Impacts on the HS and College students to Corned Beef giving us an update on Westminster.

    Prayers go out to our brother Mud Face who is taking a leave of absence to help take care of his mom and dad. Also to No Idea for practicing true “Social Distancing” to help protect his wife

    Gathered in the parking lot and everyone started crying that they didnt want to do any running so Q had a call an audible.

    Mosey over to bus loop, helicopters, SSH, LBC, merkins..

    Round 120 donkey kicks, 20 demon crusher, 20 donkey kicks, 20 demon crushers to side up push press.

    Round 2- bear crawl with kettle bell between light poles, round the worlds between the next light poles the continued around the the bus loop. Once loop had been completed, then crawl beared between lights, then lunges, switching at every light until completed one loop.

    Round 3- 25 demon crushers to push press, 25 incline merkins, 20 demon crushers to push press, 20 incline merkins… 15…10…5…mosey back to parking lot…

    Number, number, no announcements, prayer..then out..

  • How to make a man at Manndate

    3 locals and 1 visitor started off the morning running one lap around the bus loop with their respective kettle bell. Mudface immediately started complaining about running and his kettle bell being the heaviest (what ever that means).

    20 LBC…. when we got done with LBCs two other locals (Yardsale and No Idea) decided to show up.

    Mosey over to the the sidewalk next to the bus loop. Everyone setup in their own sidewalk square and then it went down.

    Round 1 – 20 kettlebell burpee, 20 KB swings, 20 KB demon crushers, 20 KB ball dippers, then ran 2 laps.

    Round 2- since mudface was bragging about his big kettlebell the kettle bell stayed in the sidewalk block and everyone moved left to use their neighbors KB. 20 kettlebell burpee with 2 pushups, 20 KB swings, 20 KB demon crushers to situps press, 20 KB ball dippers, then ran 2 laps Bernie Sanders style.

    Round 3- Kettle bell stayed everyone moved left. 20 kettlebell burpee with 3 pushups, 20 KB swings, 20 KB demon crushers to situps press, 20 KB ball dippers, then ran 2 laps.

    Round 4- Kettle bell stayed everyone moved left. 5 kettlebell burpee with 4 pushups, 10 KB swings, 10 KB demon crushers to situps press, 10 KB ball dippers, then ran 2 laps Bernie Sanders style then rime ran out.

    Mosey over to the parking lot. Number number, no announcements, Trout took the group out.

    Great group of guys this morning. We will need to “pass the kettle bell” again in the future.

    7 warriors including one visitor showed up this morning to throw some iron around. This is how it went down.

    • Round 4 – same exercises, 16 reps each (only enough time for 2 corners)
    • Just enough time for 1 minute of boat canoes

      • F3 is good for not only getting a great workout but also learning interesting facts.
      • Fact 1 – Diarrhea is hereditary, per Mudface
      • Fact 2 – Emoji knows one of the Wegmans
      • Fact 3 – There’s a Hooters style chain of restaurants in Florida called Mugs N Jugs
      • Fact 4 – Mudface had some questionable career choices in his younger days (something to do with dollar bills and thongs)

  • Red Carpet Treatment at MANNDate

    9 of DaVille’s finest Rolled out the red carpet treatment for this Near West Ender’s venture north of the Wall. YHC rolled into an empty school yard only to find a steady stream of Hanover’s lifeblood streaming in just before the starting bell. Corned Beef was the lucky timekeeper for YHC’s shot at MANNDate. 530? let’s boogie.

    COP – Mosey around the loop and rock the bells around the world. Circle up.
    SSHs, DQs, Imperial Walkers, Helicopters and Arm Circles.

    The Thang

    Exercise I – 4 Corners

    25 KB Swings, 25 Handrelease Merkins, 26 One Arm KB snatches, 25 KB LBCs, around the world or overhead carry between stations. 2 rounds

    Exercise II – Triple Check

    Pace car Moseys the car pool loop, KB Man Makers (KB Swing+ Burpee) and figure 8s.

    Exercise III – farmers carry to the Bus lot. Overhead KB lunges to various street lights. Switch arms at the street light. Audible to an over head carry back to the Flag

    2 minutes of Mary

    Just getting an early start on next year’s holiday season. Last week’s workout was fun, so we got to try it again.

    While D’Ville is the only region that can count correctly, we can always rely on Emoji to make things interesting in the COP. Mumblechatter was low this morning, but we did get around to talking about old school sports tryouts, thus the title of the Back Blast

    YHC rolled up to the AO to find out that no one had taken the Q. Well, there are a couple of things that he wanted to try out, so he took the Q. Thanks to the PAX for putting up with YHC experimenting on them. Strong work was put in by all.
