Seven guys show up to Atlee High School to enjoy the perfect weather again on a ruck or run. The 3 runners jogged into Taylor Farm, Honey Meadows, back to Taylor Farm, and back to Atlee for 4.7 miles. The ruckers rucked for about 2 miles. COT: Numberarama, Name-O-Rama, Announcements, BAM! took us out. NMS: Its not easy when your team is playing Monday night football to rise up for a 5:30 AM workout the next morning. It was 7 – 7 at halftime. Why didn’t I go to bed at that time? I knew what was going to happen…

YHC woke his 2.0 up for this mornings workout and we arrived to find 3 more runners and 6 more ruckers to have a large crowd of 11 this cool morning for a run and ruck session. Runners immediatley took off to runa 4 – 4.5 mile route this morning. Ruckers launched and we picked up Bulkhead on the way to tour the Rutland area homes with some great Halloween Lights. We saw one house celebrating Diwali – the festival of lights, so a great morning for a Ruck. We finished with 2.5 miles this morning. Great to see Winchester…

Ruckers 2.4 miles going towards Honey meadows and returning to front os Atlee HS. Raider run ruck welcomed 5 Ruckers and 1 runner for this morning’s workout. Solo run was Giles then Ross over to CMS to Atlee. Great cool morning for a workout and hope to see you in the gloom soon.

5 men posted for Raider Run/Ruck, 3 ruckers and 2 runners. The ruckers did the Giles loop and runners did the Craney Island loop. Numbers, names, Bam took us out.

11 Davillians including 5 runners and 6 ruckers enjoyed low humidity for the one last day in September. This how it went down Ruckers – Did a walk around Giles Runners – YHC and BAM did an out and back of Honey Meadows Estates to get in 4.25 miles. The rest of the runners ran a little shorter route in Honey Meadows to close to 4 miles YHC has enjoyed running with BAM these last couple of runs and the mumble chatter about our lives Awesome to see a great showing in DaVille SPIT ON THAT!!

6 Ruckers outnumbered the 3 runners in the gloom of Atlee HS on Tuesday morning. With full weighted vest and their dog by their side, the ruckers set out for a loop around Honey Meadows and back Runners took two different route. BAM and YHC did a modified farmhouse loop finishing with just over 4 miles while Opus stayed close with some school loops Great turnout this morning! 5 Runners and 2 ruckers enjoyed cooler temps this morning at Atlee HS. Runners did a out and back loop that went around the schools, into Taylor Farms, the crossing Atlee Station into Chickahominy Oaks heading up and down the hills on the back of the neighborhood finally return back the way we came. The lead runs got from 4.75 to 5 miles in while second ground got in 4 miles Ruckers did their thing with loops around the school for 2.5ish miles SPIT ON THAT!!

Two Runners and Three Ruckers started from Atlee High School on this amazing Tuesday with temperatures in the lower 50s. With this perfect weather, these were the routes. Ruckers – Went somewhere into Giles and possibly other locations. Runners – Did the Giles/Craney Island route. Total Distance was about 4.2 miles. COT: Numberarama, Name-O-Rama, Announcements, BAM! took us out. NMS: It was a pleasure running with BAM! today. The pace seemed faster than normal today. 8 Davillians made it out Tuesday for some running and rucking. 2 Ruckers did their thing It was hill repeats day for the 6 runners thanks to Opus’ suggestion the night before. We headed to Giles and did 4 hill repeats on the clubhouse loop before continuing on run through Giles into Craney Island then getting one last hill in with the fly over before returning to the Atlee parking lot for 4 to 4.5 miles Great run by everyone! 7 Davillians arrived on a misty but comfortable Tuesday morning for some running and rucking Runners: Phonics and YHC ran the farmhouse loop for 4.25 miles while the rest of the runners did a 4 on 1 off run Ruckers: Did some loops around the schools It felt great to get back out running after missing the last couple of week. Thanks Phonics for keeping a little slower pace but still pushing not to stop SPIT ON THAT!!
