Prayer Requests – Aggie – Q-Sacks EH’er who is battling Testicular Cancer, Lab Rat and his recent scare then good news, Tryhards Sister, Pax member going through family stuff, Seymore’s family friends son, and other that has unfortunately slipped YHC’s mind.
Announcements – The Healing Place Saturday workout starts off next Saturday at 0730, see Slack for details.
NMS – Lots of people on vacation and after two weeks of no Q on Friday EF Hutton and YHC decided to do the Bash Brothers Breakfest Club/Dogpile Combo. It was nice to have Q-Sack in town. Q-Sack is from Richmond and now lives in Charlottesville. He and his wife are in town this weekend for a wedding and are checking off places and restaurants they love while they are in town. The workout was great, only minor grumblings here and there. YHC has only Q’d Dogpile twice, and it can be intimidating but the lighter numbers and new faces were great. Backblast title comes from Wilson’s Slack post wondering if this workout even happened. YHC was always told 24 hours was the expected timeframe and YHC has been on the move since 0510 this morning.
