- 1st round: 5 reps of the 1st exercise (Curls)
- 2nd round: 5 reps of the 2nd exercise, 10 reps of the 1st exercise
- 3rd round: 5 reps of the 3rd exercise, 10 reps of the 2nd exercise, 15 reps of the 3rd exercise
- 4th round: 5 reps of the 4th exercise, etc.
- 5th round: 5 reps of the 5th exercise, etc.
