It was a lovely morning for five gentleman to convene at the cheapest country club in RVA. Following OBT’s design, and each with our kettlebell or weigh of choice, we worked through 6 sets of Tabata of 4 minutes each, 20 seconds on and 10 second rest. After some quick warm up, we commenced:
Tabata 1: Goblet Squats. Run a lap.
Tabata 2: Kettle bell Swing / Romanian Dead lift. run a lap.
Tabata 3: Alternating Lunge Pass unders. run a lap.
Tabata 4: Grab a Hurdle, Bent Over Rows (alternating). Run a lap.
Tabta 5: Tricep Presses. Run a lap.
Tabata 6: Ab work. Run a lap.
NMS: Hitchhiker was predictably late. My tabata timer shut down mid workout. Good conversation about AI horrors and opportunities, March madness, and ongoing debate about Hitch’s hair growth products. This is one of the best full body + cardio workouts in the region! well done sirs.
