YHC’s 2.0s entered the arena and threw down for the title of Iron Chef F3RVA. Llama prepared the side while BB-8 tackled dessert. Here’s what was served:
- Aged loin of farm raised boar marinaded in a honey bacon glaze, seared and slightly smoky, cooked to 145 degrees internal
- Diced Idaho potatoes tossed with extra virgin olive oil and shaken with assorted herbs and spices then roasted until slightly charred with a smooth soft interior
- Vanilla mousse parfait layered with sliced organic bananas and wafers and finished with a light crème fraiche topping and wafer crumbles
- Signature cocktail was an Arnold Palmer served over frozen cubes or spring water
