Dora – 100 squats, 200 Squat pulses, 300 toe taps. Runners goes to the bottom of the hill and back.

Final thoughts: Excellent job by the PAX this morning! It felt appropriate to honor the frozen triangle crew. Sorry to have missed it. Cha Cha was doing sprints after the workout – dude is a beast. Steamer suggested we sub out “prostitute” for “Onlyfans.” Not a bad idea.
