Block Party – 35 reps follow by a 35 yardish run and back with the following exercises:

- Flutter Kick + Press
- Swings
- Goblet Squats
- Coupon Burpees
- Curls
- Thrusters
- Coupon Merkins
- Round The Worlds
- Clean + Press
Mosey to the parking lot
4 Corners – 35 SSH’s, 35 2ct Flutter Kicks, 35 LBC’s, 35 Merkins
Mosey back to the SF for Numberama, Namerama, Announcements, YHC took us out.
