    Three men started their weekend with a hot potato DaPile beatdown

    Three LIFOs took on the day with some KB action.

    4 runners and 2 ruckers got in their daily dose of run and walk. The runners did a Giles, Craney Island, Atlee loop for 4 miles. Speakeasy ran ahead of the pack and got in 5 miles.

    No Idea and Yardsale did their ruck thing.

    YHC pulled into Manndate without a plan in mind. Luckily the PAX motivated me to ad hoc a kettlebell beatdown.

    3 men started their day with an Anvil run. PAX decided to do a run/walk of the King’s Charter farmhouse loop and got 4 miles in.

  • BRR Recovery

    5 men posted at DaVille to get their week started right. YHC was very surprised to see Corned Beef this morning after his BRR adventure.

      • Reverse the corners without the cumulative exercises

    Hot potato Q at The Creek today. Good beatdown and good company as always.

    6 runners and 1 walker started the day right. YHC took the Q to try something different. The PAX were good sports and went along with the plan.

      • Rinse and repeat at increments of 10 yards (20 yds, 30 yds…, 100 yds)
    • Cool down jog around the school back to parking lot for some stretching.
