  • The Hot Dog Girl

    4 men posted on a cold morning to finish their week.

    Mosey around the parking lot then the usual COP exercise.

    Ascending Burpees + Dick Butkus – starting at one end of parking lot 1 burpee + 5 Dick Butkus, mosey to next island 2 burpees + 10 DBs up to 4 and 20. Repeat 3 rounds.

    Partner up – P1 calf raises on the flag pole, partner 2 run to bench do 10x dips and switch. Rinse and repeat 3 rounds

    Ascending squats at each strut along the length of the courtyard (1 to 17).

    Ascending T Claps at each strut along the length of the courtyard (1-17)

    Some stretching to close out, numbers, names, Yardsale took us out.

  • Coming in Ice Cold

    YHC was moving slow this morning expecting no one else to post. Luckily Trail Mix put some fire under me.

    COP – various exercises

    Dora – 100x kb swings, 200x WW2s with pump + flutter kicks with pump, 300x curls + demon crusher.

    11s – goblet squats + merkins

    Numbers, names, Trail Mix took us out.

    3 late arrivals posted at MANNDate for some kb action.

    Triple Check – P1 squats, P2 demon crushers, P3 loop around parking lot.

    11s – Lawnmowers each arm + clean and jerk. Around the world in between.

    Names, numbers, Trail Mix took us out.

    4 ruckers, 1 canine and 1 runner posted on a cold Tuesday morning.

    Ruckers did the Atlee HS and Taylor Farm loop. Runner did his thing.

  • Winter Is Here

    4 boot campers and 1 runner posted on a cold Saturday morning to get their weekend started.
    Spit got some miles in and left early.

    The 4 boot campers decided to hot potato the Q.

    Mosey to CSES service road for some COP (bunch of exercises to warm up)

    Partner up – 50 pull ups between the 2 partners.

    4 corner around the track – lunge to C1, 25x bouya merkins, C2 25x PLT, C3 25x merkins on partner while he planks, C4 something

    Bulkhead Q

    Mosey to CSES playground. Partner up. P1 swing leg crunches, P2 run to soccer goal post. 3 rounds.

    Wall sit + Donkey kicks rotation x 3

    Quadruple check – P1 dips, P2 step ups, P3 Carolina Dry Docks, P4 loop around the trailers.

    Mosey back to flag, stopping occasionally for different ab exercises.

    Numbers, names, Opus took us out.

    Notes:

    Spit no hate Q at Dogpile next Saturday. Good second F at Local Cup.

    The PAX gathered for a shorter workout and breakfast.

    5 DaVillians started their weekend the right way. The PAX decided to a hot potato Q.

    Island hopping with a bunch of exercises at each island

    Opus Q:

    Rotating 4 corners

    4 minute wall sit with burpees for rest

    Spit Q:

    Polesmokers x 2 rounds of flitterkicks and heals to heaven

    Mosey back to flag, stop at each light pole for an exercise.

  • Me vs. You Lubricant

    4 brave souls decided to post on a rainy Wednesday morning. The PAX found some cover and got to work.

    COP (Corned Beef Q)

    Dora (Bulkhead Q) – 100x kb swings, 200x curls, 300x lunges/around the world.

    Bus loop – stop at each lamp post for an exercise. 20x tricep extensions, 20x snatches, 20x squats.

    Stretching to close it out.

    Numbers, names. Mr. Holland took us out.

    Solo post at DaVille today. Hopefully more traction next week.

    3 brave/foolish souls posted on a cold Friday morning.

    The PAX decided to hot potato the Q.

    Triple check – p1 merkins, p2 ww2s, p3 speed walk the length of the inner courtyard.

    Bulkhead Q:

    Expanding 4 corners – c1 squats, c2 flutter kicks, c3 monkey humpers, c4 don quixotes. Start with the small island then expand to the entire parking lot. Finish off with 4 corners burpees.

    Mosey back to flag for stretching.
