  • Handi-Capable Mini-CSAUP

Lots of ground covered by a group not capable of doing the CSAUP (except mayble Seymour and Chum).  Good work, and a fun twist on others stupidity.  There are so many parts of the Gridiron AO that we did not touch in our hour.  Prayers up for Fireman Ed and Roger Roger.

God is good all of the time!

Great work by the PAX today.  No idea if Upchuck really did anything.  There was debate as to how he stretched and worked-out his arms while rucking.  Great work from the PAX that was together.

Prayers for Roger Roger and Fireman Ed.  God speed to the CSAUP teams this weekend.

God is good all of the time!

14 STRONG!   Great turnout and what an awesome start to the day.  T-claps to Offshore for continuing to provide the opportunity for 3rd F with post-workout coffee.

Great to see Pinto back.  White Deer made his presence known.  YHC is thankful to see Fireman Ed as he continues treatments.  Then there was Mr. Rogers.  A broke-down car was not an impediment!  He walked his @$$ there with a KB.  Double t-claps!

Congrats to Piglet and Pigskin on the arrival of the new daughter/grandbaby. We missed you Pigskin, but we gave thanks for that blessing in COT.

Rest your arms tomorrow!   Let’s celebrate the death and resurrection of our Savior this weekend!  God is good all of the time!

      • 40 pole smokers
      • 20 Mike Tysons
    • Mosey back to the parking lot for COT with YHC taking us out

Attila Q means a Gomer Pyle post.  YHC is the friend of the crippled and unstable.  The PAX is also grateful that Gomer did not drive in on stolen wheels.  After a year of driving a “hot” sports car, corrective actions are in place?!?!   Stay tuned, Gomer’s either going to have new wheels or maybe a member of the PAX will be asked to bail him out of jail after going grand theft auto.

Great work from the PAX today.  A solid core group despite it being spring break for the public school kids.  High reps and limited mumble-chatter after COP.

Continued prayers for Roger Roger, Fudd and Fireman Ed.  God is good all of the time!

  • Come for the Coffee, Tolerate the Death Crawls

11 KB warriors took the F3 path less traveled at Circus Maximus today.  Here is how it went down:

    • COP
      • SSH
      • IW
      • DQ
      • Helicopters
      • Arm circles
      • DMH
      • Merkins
      • LBC
    • KB Beast – different exercise and different means of traversing the length of the bus loop
      • Sit ‘n press and KB carry
      • High pulls and right-hand overhead carry
      • Curls and left-hand overhead carry
      • Tricep press and death crawl
      • Sumo squats and weighted lunges
      • KB swings and riffle carry
    • Run the bus loop
    • Mary – 1 legged crunches, each side and H2H
    • COT with YHC taking us out

The PAX comes for the coffee and tolerates the beat-down is pretty much the official motto of Circus.  Great work from the PAX today.  Death crawls suck!  Great to see Fireman Ed.  He has a birthday Q on Saturday at Gridiron.  T-claps to Offshore for consistently providing coffee.  Thanks to Fudd for eventually showing up and realizing that the workout goes much faster when you miss COP.

Continued prayers for Roger Roger, Fudd and Fireman Ed.  God is good all of the time!

      • FM
      • COT with YHC taking us out

YHC tried to throw everyone off the scent of a ground and pound Q with a little more running today.  We headed off campus to inject a little testosterone into the estrogen bubble of VA Women’s Center.  Great work from the PAX.  Great to see all of my brothers.

Happy to report no severed limbs from Gypsy’s saws and shotguns tribal gathering this weekend!

Prayers up for Fireman Ed, Roger Roger and Fudd.  God is good all of the time!

  • We Have OT

Word on the street was that today’s Q would be friendly to those recovering from injury, ground and pound with less running.  Should YHC be offended…no just bring the red pill.  Here is how it went down for a stellar PAX of 16:

    • COP
      • SSH
      • IW
      • DQ
      • Helicopters
      • Arm circles
      • DMH
      • Suzanne Somers
      • Merkins
      • LBC

      • 180 WWII sit-ups
      • 144 monkey humpers
      • 108 side crunches, each sit
      • 72 2x crab cakes
      • 36 burpees
      • 1,200 yards of running
    • Mosey back to the flag for COT

Great work from the PAX today.  Today’s workout was sponsored by BW3s as we had some overtime to finish the beast.  March Madness at its best. It might have been cold, but a fair share of sweat under the warm hats.

Great to see Whitesnake back and Fudd venture to a bootcamp.  Prayers up for our brothers that are recovering from injury.  Continued prayers for Fireman Ed, Roger Roger and Fudd’s family.

Gypsy is playing with chainsaws, guns and alcohol on his property this weekend.  Participate at your own risk/liability.

God is good all of the time!

  • I Must Hate Myself

A prime number of not-so in our prime warriors assembled at the OG of AO’s for a traditional Saturday beat-down.  Here is how it went down:

      • SSH
      • IW
      • DQ
      • Helicopters
      • Arm circles
      • DMH
      • Suzanne Somers
      • Merkins
      • LBC
    • Mosey to the softball field for a modified arch loader, where you animal walk/crawl from the 1B line to 2B, complete 20 WWII sit-ups, karaoke to the 3B line and complete 10 burpees before mosey back to the 1B line

      • 120 WWII sit-ups
      • 60 burpees

      • 10 Mike Tysons (4x)
    • Mosey to the front of the school for a 3x check
      • Run
      • HRM
      • FM
    • Mosey back to the flag and stretch
    • COT with YHC taking us out

Great work by the PAX today, and welcome to Gridiron Tailspin.  Needless to say Tailspin and Gomer hit it off given their common bond of having served our country.  Thankfully White Deer did not make him hate us. YHC usually is dragging on Saturday after a long week.  No different today.  Therefore, it is obvious that YHC must hate himself for this beat-down.

Lunch on Tuesday at Joey’s.  Continued prayers for Fireman Ed and Roger Roger.

God is good all of the time!

  • A True Circus

A dirty dozen of familiar faces and some welcomed strangers gathered for a mumble-chatter convention attached to a deceptive KB beatdown.  Here is how it went down:

    • COP
      • SSH
      • IW
      • DQ
      • Helicopters
      • Arm circles
      • DMH
      • Merkins
      • LBC
    • KB 4 corners, prostitute-style with weighted lunges between corners
      • 105 KB curls
      • 75 high pulls
      • 45 KB swings
      • 15 tricep presses
    • 4x check
      • Run
      • Overhead pulls
      • Sit ‘n press
      • Lawnmower pulls
    • COT with YHC taking us out

Fudd was more than fashionably late today.  White Deer made sure he knew that.  The entire PAX knew White Deer was back, as his mumble-chatter/clipboarding was at its normal, high intensity.  As they say in Spinal Tap, “this one (e.g. White Deer) goes to 11. Mr. Rogers went lower weight to combat injuries, but enjoyed a scholarly conversation with Pigskin.  At one point, I hear that Pigskin was all in favor of executing Hitler, a boiling hot take.  Whitesnake reappeared in a boot, yet set a pace on the 4 corners.  Welcome Warby!   Great to see you; hopefully we did not scare you.  Welcome back Fireman Ed!  An answer to prayer to see you brother!  Finally, the outlet for the coffee pot did not work.  Offshore is working with the fine staff at GHS to address.  We have confirmation that the coffee pot still works.

For those that have not been to Circus, this is par for the course.   Come join the circus sometime!

God is good all of the time!
