15 men gathered at the Stony Point SC for this week’s edition of RH. Great to welcome some new pax and welcome back some others. Welcome to Lil Jon (FNG) too. We covered 3.3 miles of some streets and trails, and threw in a few off the cuff activities to remind the Freedom Ops lads of what’s in store come October. Not even a really sick tree could dampen the spirits of this group though as we returned for coffee and bagels, if just a little late.

Definitely not sunny but not far off 70. We still had a great time despite the woods of Larus not providing much if any cover from the deluge. Was great to have 4 brothers out to ruck this morning. Scram provided the synopsis of the 10th Chapter of JPs 12 Rules For Life—Be precise in your speech. Till the next one.

Summer tour is upon us. 45MOM for the next installment. Bring a towel for the ride home!

Three of the F3RVA pax made it out for this morning’s edition of RH. At 4:58am YHC was considering his options had 2 of his fellow ruckers not made an appearance. Thanks for the company! Given the conditions we headed into Larus where we were afforded some cover from the elements as we traversed red, green then blue and back to red trails. Till the next one.

  • Ruckhenge 050725

4 of SOJs RH regulars pulled up to EBs at SP @ 4:59am meaning it was on. Light banter and the the joys of parenting kept us engaged as we explored some new territory. YHC really appreciates the opportunity to get together with a group of men who are looking to make each day a little better for their families, their friends and community. Coffeerama was a little less focused on our chapter this week but we had reviewed plenty of the content from past weeks as we caught up on our ruck. Till the next one.

Announcements….check slack for any upcoming opportunities for Ultimate!

Four of the usual RH crowd gathered at Einsteins Bagels -Stony Point SC for a couple miles around Bon Air. We were not chased by any of the City’s Officers and we did not stop by Snuff’s abode, though we were tempted. Many topics of conversation were covered including the 4th Chapter of 12 Rules for Life – Compare yourself to who you were yesterday, not to who someone else is today. Thanks gents. SYITG.

Announcements: CSAUP coming up, more fun than pain, sign up to a Team!

4 men gathered on this crisp Spring morning for a short 3.5 mile trip around Huguenot/Westchester. April fools and fraudsters were the topic of convo for much of the morning. We then felt the Bern on a couple hills before returning to Einsteins Bagels for a discussion centered on chaos and order. JP’s 2nd rule for life. Thanks for the company and discussion gents.

  • Clocking in at the country club

At 05:30, on this “darker again” morning, YHC was in the process of trying to remember the exact format of the SCCC style Tabata so he could Q himself through a beatdown. A Hitchhiker then arrived to guide us through the program. Apparently this has happened before. It went something like this.

    No disclaimer, …lets do this

Seven intrepid gloom rangers gathered for this cool and breezy morning at Ruckhenge. Flurries started at 5am sharp and so did we. Into Larus with 2 headlamps between 7 of us, just for the challenge. Keeping it on the trails meant being out of the wind which had a bit of a bite to it this morning. We covered 3.6 miles and went a little long. Appreciated the company and the opportunity to discuss the Leave Right chapters, equipping and accountability at coffeerama. Till next time.
