Yard Sale and Trail Mix participated in a kettle bell tabata. Yard Sale warmed them up. Tabata included 3 upper body, 3 core and 3 lower body exercises. As usual, this combo perfectly took up the 45 minutes. Numberama, Namarama and Yard Sale took them out with a prayer.

Would You Buy Trail Mix at a Yard Sale?
Yard Sale and Trail Mix met on a humid Wednesday morning for a kettle bell tabata. Yard Sale warmed us up with the regulars: SSH’s, arm circles, cherry pickers, lbc’s, hand release merkins and heels to heaven. The warm up was followed by a tabata. We did 9 exercises (upper body, core and lower body – 3 times each). We did each exercise 8 times 20 seconds on and 10 seconds off. As usual, this perfectly filled the time. Numberama, Namarama, and Trail Mix took us out with a prayer.

Would you buy surf and turf at a yard sale?
Surf and Turf and Yard Sale posted on a beautiful Friday morning for a hot potato. Surf N Turf warmed us up. We did 11’s and 4 Corners with us each choosing some exercise. Namarama, Numberama and Surf N Turf took us out with a prayer.

Walking Bells
Beautiful morning for a Manndate. Warmed up in front of the school. Moseyed around the school building and field, stopping every few feet for a different KB exercise. Stopped at the track for a triple check. Completed the lap around the grounds. When we got back to the front we did a circle of fire followed up by boat canoe. Numberama, Namarama, Corned beef took up out with a prayer. Reminder – Saturday we have a kid friendly bootcamp with coffee, kid drinks and donuts afterwards. SYITG.

Is it 5:30 yet?
The Q woke up at 5:30 but I thought arriving at 5:39 was pretty good. After a circle around the school I found the pax at the playground doing a triple check. I assume they warmed up with out me and it sounds like they spent time in the gazebo and did some parking lot tracers. I finished up the triple check with he pax and took over with a modified wilt. We did a 4 corners with the following exercises: lbc, heels to heaven, lunges and monkey humpers. The first and second times around the circle we did 40 of each exercise and the last we did 20. Mosey to the parking lot. Ring of Fire in plank position – 10 merkins for each pax member. We did boat – canoes to finish it out. Numberams, Namarama, Spit took us out with a prayer. Muggy Tuesday
2 Ruckers and a Runner met at Atlee HS to get a little exercise. Opus ran while Yard Sale and No Idea rucked. It was good to have No Idea back to catch up on life. We met back at Atlee at 6:15. Numberama, Namarama and Opus took us out with a prayer. SYITG

Bulkhead warmed us up and started with some Triple Checks at the playground. Surf N Turf had us do some 4 corners at the basketball court. Yard Sale had us do some suicides at the basketball court followed by some boat canoes in the parking lot that had some heels to heaven mixed in for fun. Numberama, Namarama, announcements and Surf N Turf took us out with a prayer. SYITG

Rucking and Rolling
It was a quiet morning at Tomato Run. I posted at 5:00 and rucked until 6:15. Not much mumble chatter by myself so I listened to some 80’s and 90’s country music on Pandora. It was a beautiful morning. See you guys tomorrow at The Creek.

It Must Have Been Cold
2 Ruckers and 1 Runner posted on a chilly Tuesday morning. Ruckers rucked for an hour and 15 minutes while the runner (Phonics) ran for 45. We met back in the parking lot at the end. Phonics took us out.
