  • Sunny and 70 For February

Numberama, Namarama followed by announcements and prayer by Corned Beef. Very impressed with my bad ass buddies that are participating in the Frozen Triangle on Saturday. Thank you to those who are helping with the event and cheers for those that are going to push themselves. You got this guys. SYITG!

  • Tomato Ruck/Walk

3 met at the clubhouse for a ruck/walk. Yard Sale rucked, the other 2 walked. We rucked/walked for 45 minutes. This was my first time cutting through to Knollwood. I doubt I’ll be able to find it again without some help, but it was nice for some variety. We got back to the clubhouse at 6:14. Numberama, Namarama and Yard Sale took us out with a prayer. There is no way I’d rather start my day than a little exercise with the F3 guys. SYITG.

  • Wilt Manndate

I arrived a little early so I had time to change my cabin and air filters. I hate to waste time in the morning. Warmup. Followed by a modified Wilt in the 4 corners of the bus loop. 25 Helix Squats, 25 Demon Crushers, 25 calf raises, 25 WWII Situps with a pump. We went around 4 times for a 100 of each. On the walks we did various exercises: halos, around the waist, etc… Numberama, Namarama, Prayer by Yard Sale to take us out. Good mumble chatter this morning with the guys.

  • 5 Popsicles

5 manly men showed up for a Ruck/Run on a ten degree morning. With 10 degrees and no wind, I may have overdressed. 2 rucked and 3 ran. After 45 minutes we returned to the clubhouse. Numberama, Nanarama and Announcements. Upcoming 3rd F in early February to celebrate 1 month of sobriety for those participating. Upcoming Frozen Triangle. Phonics took us out.

  • Beat It Trout

Who has the Daville Q? 3 guys showed up on a beautiful Monday morning. Trout took the Q. We started with a jog around Atlee to the side entrance near the bus loop. We triangled up and did some warmup exercises: Arm Circles, LBC’s, Merkins and some others. Triple check on the bus loop – 1 ran, 1 stepped up on bench and 1 did merkins. 3 rounds of each exercise. Headed back to the parking lot where we bear crawled to the first island and lunged to the second. We came back to the start with same exercises except backwards. Trouy took us out with a prayer. It was good chatting with the guys. I’m fortunate to get to have the opportunity to hang out/workout with all of the F3 guys. SYITG

  • KB for 4

YardSale warmed the guys up with the usual. SSH’s, Arm Circles, Hand Release Merkins, LBC’s and Cherry Pickers. YardSale had nothing prepared so we kinda took turns. 1st was 11’s with KB Squats on the bench followed by calf raises. We had 4 guys so we did 4 corners. Each pax member led a KB exercise at his corner. We did this until 3 minutes left. With 3 minutes left YardSale led the group in some boat – canoes. Numberama, Namarama and Beef took us out with a prayer. SYITG.

  • Where’s The Pax?

3 men posted for a Friday beatdown. 1 was a few minutes late as he posted at the Wednesday site. 2 did a couple laps around the parking lot to see if anyone else would show. 2 started off with the Beep Test. These two non runners made it to level 4. Next the two started 4 corners and was joined by a 3rd at the 3rd corner. 3 laps of 4 corners were completed followed up by 11’s using the width of the parking lot. We the went to the courtyard but I can’t remember what we did. Time was up so we headed back to the parking lot. Numberama, Namarama and Surf N Turf took us out.

  • Tabata for Two

Yard Sale and Trail Mix participated in a kettle bell tabata. Yard Sale warmed them up. Tabata included 3 upper body, 3 core and 3 lower body exercises. As usual, this combo perfectly took up the 45 minutes. Numberama, Namarama and Yard Sale took them out with a prayer.
