Bullseye and YHC cruised around JRHS and River Downs for an out and back 4 miler. Weather was nice, 70 and sunny as always. Good conversation, good pace.

Mount Hill Loops
YHC couldn’t leave the area due to the M out of town so the flare was sent to Bullseye and we convened at casa Singer to run Mount Hill. Somewhere around 7 total loops, 4 miles in total. Managed to avoid any falling acorns and owl attacks. Good stuff.
Not sure if anyone made it to the official F3 starting point but if they did, hope their run went well.

Rainy MoT
Guess who went to a S of the James F3 sanctioned run? Yep, Bullseye and YHC. No one to report back to, a longer route was opted during the exercise to nearly 5 miles through Salisbury and out Winterfield. Good to get a little extra credit.

Bullesye chose a flat route, Singer followed. 4 miles logged around Robious Landing, River Downs North.

Two’s Company
Bulleyes and YHC dusted off the running sneakers and logged 4 miles – Twin Team -> Ellesmere -> Mount Hill and home. The 4 miler pace is a good pace for casual conversation, we’ve been working on it for years, perfecting it one might even say.

Lounge-esque
Three regulars and one close by newbie joined up for a lounge-esque Friday morning workout at Twin Team.
Warm up while the pax awaits OC’s arrival – Don Q, SSH
Mosey over to JRHS track. Beast – PAX choices – merkins, squats, SSH, flutters, etc.
one round of blimp on the track
mosey to bleachers, one round of love hill, abort to field, complete love hill (merkins, freddies)
mosey back to BWE, wall squats with various wall workouts, one person LARPs a basketball shot and returns.
mosey to point of beginning, various ab exercises.
Fun workout this morning gents. YHC tried to maintain the spirit of the lounge while covering some ground, keeping most paces at a mosey with plenty of chatter. OC arrived early to ruck off some steam. Rosie kept us in check and Pad Thai found a new workout location 10 minutes from his house.

MOT Solo Run
5:30 AM, lace up the running shoe straps and off YHC went into the gloom. Winterfield -> Salisbury route and around the school for 3.75 miles. Passed a good number of people out this morning through the mist but no signs of F3 garb. Maybe the Homegrown Half wore em down.

Mount Hill Loops
Sent out the bat signal the evening prior to some of the locals. YHC was solo parenting and therefore only able to run around Mount Hill Drive, hoping maybe someone would join from Bettie Weaver or at the least by sending the message forcing myself to get up and exercise. 3 miles of back and forth was the mileage solo in the books, assuming no one made River Run based based on the feedback from locals so I’m taking the backblast.

Eskimo Work Bros
Three heard the sounds of, could that be, rain? As they emerged from the gloom to log a few miles. All participated in the logistics, slightly modified version of the Walton Park -> Grove loop. 4ish miles depending on gastro conditions (YHC).
Great chatter mi amigos. We all learned our paths have crossed with a particular housing developer in our industry and shared stories. YHC found that comical, hence the title.
The college age children will be disappearing into the distance soon as they return to their academics. Enjoy the time.
