  • Solo El Tarrington II

The typical crew was out, YHC ran from home to the AO, circled the empty parking lot and took off for the hills. One hill actually, little different route up Ashwell into Powderham down Ellesmere back to Mt. Hill. Ran into a loose dog that didn’t appreciate the invasion of space, back track down Solstice through the woods and home. 4.5 miles total.

  • Solo El Twin Teamo

Feeling like it would be a solo run this morning, YHC took off from the house early enough to arrive at the AO before launch just in case someone showed up. Parking lot was empty so after a loop around it was off to Tarrington, up Ashwell, across Robious and back to the house.

Decided to run back down Twin Team in honor of Rosie’s Trick or Treat workout. Still what goes down must come back up, and so the lounge-esque act of running down Twin Team was rewarded by running back up Ashwell. And it was wet, very wet.

  • Dude, Where Are My Keys

We’ve all been there, trying to rush out the door for a workout and the keys are nowhere to be found. Doozy sent the 5:15 AM text to YHC as he frantically searched the house. Figured he’d catch up with Bullseye and I so basic directions were provided and sure enough, after keys secured, the River Runners met out on the route. 4 miles achieved around River Downs. Today’s topic of conversation – medical procedures.

  • Route – Wing It

Good thing I had Rosie and Bullseye with me today or I would have been lost. Revisiting google maps, the route went something like this:

Down Mount Midlo, around the lake (called Loch Lothian?! Great name by the way), out Midlo Mines Park to Kingham Drive. Left on Grove Hill up to Coalfield, left then right on Manders Dr. Right on Charter Colony, right on Charter, right on Woolridge, left on Coalfield and back to start. 4.5ish miles according to the route but watches were defunct for various reasons.

Nice run today fellas, appreciated the conversation and pace.

  • River Run Volume 145

Doozy volunteered to rejoin a River Run outing and so off we went. 5:29 AM sharp. 4 mile route around the flats of Tarrington, the river and then up the hill across from the baseball field which YHC had strangely not recalled running.

    Thanks for the company Dooz.

  • Solo Indigenous People Run

Today YHC had the best indigenous people run to commemorate the holiday. 4 miles of sprinting to the front. Route was around the high school, to the park, back around the high school, in and out of various parking lots and cul de sacs.

  • Failure to Not Launch

Knew I might be solo today so I opted to run from the house at 5:20 down to the AO. Couple swings through the parking lot around 5:30. No one showed, continued to run through the Tarrington hood back over Robious to Twin Team and home. 4 miles as usual.

Minimal mumble chatter. Nice morning for a run.

  • River Run v32

Bullseye and YHC cruised around JRHS and River Downs for an out and back 4 miler. Weather was nice, 70 and sunny as always. Good conversation, good pace.

  • Mount Hill Loops

YHC couldn’t leave the area due to the M out of town so the flare was sent to Bullseye and we convened at casa Singer to run Mount Hill. Somewhere around 7 total loops, 4 miles in total. Managed to avoid any falling acorns and owl attacks. Good stuff.

Not sure if anyone made it to the official F3 starting point but if they did, hope their run went well.

  • Rainy MoT

Guess who went to a S of the James F3 sanctioned run? Yep, Bullseye and YHC. No one to report back to, a longer route was opted during the exercise to nearly 5 miles through Salisbury and out Winterfield. Good to get a little extra credit.
