Ten of RVA’s finest did extra credit before and after DogPile to earn their breakfast, about 4 miles to be exact. Mr. Thompson said “FU, our bacon is off limits before 8am.” Mr. Thompson now has a big black X on his corporate file.

Ghost Town
4 runners moseyed down the street formerly known as Cary and over to DogPile then back again, picking up one more on the return. Cary currently looks more like a post apocalyptic ghost town.

Stars and Stripes
Four runners moseyed to DogPile, five moseyed back. Great idea by Flatline to bring out the shovel flag, a tradition that’s fallen off a bit. Felt great to carry it with pride as we remember the ultimate sacrifice that was paid so we are free to run as we please.

Bone Thug’s Scoob Movie Review:
Daphne is still hawt. ‘Nuff said. Four stallions posted at ET for some breakfast this morning — it was a second course for Swirly and Hardywood who had moseyed over the river for some early extra credit. Heres how it went:
Mosey down Cary to Meadow; dodge the car full of college girls honking and catcalling at Swirly and Hardywood; right on Meadow to Swan Lake and past the Vita Course to the flag.
Enjoy the Wojo Dogpile Q.
Swirly and Hardywood mosey back across the Nickel Bridge, YHC and Bone Thug mosey back to ET.
NMMS: Tclaps to Bone Thug who is straight up crushing it with consistency and sustained effort. Like a freakin Timex, he just keeps on ticking. Have a great weekend, gents!

Extreme Makeover: Breakfast Club Edition
Six dudes just looking for some extra credit set sail on a fantastic journey from ET’s to Dogpile, to and fro, or fro and to if chosen. One is looking noticeably thinner these days. Hardywood called the to route, YHC called the fro.

Nobody Bothers Me
Four wild and crazy guys posted to get in some miles pre and post DP. Bone Thugs and Vinny ran the traditional route. Hardywood and Swirly ran over from FHP like the Alex Smith studs that they are.
Bone Thugs made his maiden Breakfast Club voyage today. Proud of you brother. Keep posting’ and pushin’.
What an awesome morning to get out and get it in. Stay safe, and stay strong.

Saturday Morning Book Club
Just when you thought Hardywood and Swirly couldn’t get anymore super, they decided to run to the run before the workout. Next week, they plan to run to the run before the run to the thing. Along their merry way they picked up 3 more. Just to keep things fresh, the PAX took a right on Freeman off of Cary and proceeded past City Stadium to Douglasdale, to Blanton, Rugby, and Pumphouse back around to DogPile launch. Route after the thing was direct. Roughly 4 miles were covered. Hardywood will be putting out his own Best Sellers list soon.

What? What is a MetroSexual?
Five studs met for a leisurely jaunt to Dogpile and back. 4 miles total.
Out Route: Cary > Robinson > Lake view > Swan Lake > Shields Lake > Shirley.
Back Route: Blanton > Shepherd > Cary > Thompson
Bodos took us out with great and truly apropos words, albeit far less words than this sentence.

A hilarious story told about a man v. raw oysters and how he let his wife take care of it in the end. At our cool down, Circle K demonstrated the finesse it takes to open a raw oyster for all to see.
I am not sure how it was worked in there but somehow BTS is the modern day Beatles – that caused some debate and comparisons with New Kids on the Block. I think it ended with a simple definition of the world.
