  • Breezy Broga

    Conditions were ideal and the breeze, she was a blowin for the early edition of FW Broga. Muscles were stretched, chatter was mumbled and groans were audible. Shoulders, hammys, calves, back and glutes were worked specifically. Talking shavasana was a first. Great work fellas.

  • Is that a new Jeep

    6 of RVA’s finest came out early to limber up and share some laughs on a perfect autumn morning. The sprinklers were blasting, the breeze was brisk and the bodily functions audible. Areas of emphasis included shoulders, back, hips, glutes and hammys. Standard shavasana was enjoyed. Tales throughout the session included beach etiquette, sunscreen application and family dating. A specific Pax member really enjoyed the numerous questions regarding his recent acquisition.

  • Bitter Broga

    A quartet of broga regulars took the early morning wake up call to enjoy the covered church patio for some limbering up exercises. Areas of emphasis included backs, shoulders, hips, glutes and hammys. Some new poses were improvised to the Pax approval. Mumble Chatter was strong as was expected at 4.30. Great work fellas. Namaste.

  • Ménage à Broga

    With Last Call out sick (or perhaps working on his “project”) YHC, EF Hutton, and Kubota joined for Broga. It was a misty morning so we moved underneath the church covering.

    It was stretch-tegic.

  • Broga Brings a Crowd

    A spontaneous flash mob of 7 could not sleep in so they decided to hit the appetizer menu prior to the full course beatdown by Honeydo. Hammys, Back, Shoulders, Hips, Glutes with a bit of the Groin were areas of emphasis this morning. Extended shavasana was also in play. Good mumble chatter consisting of various topics to make the world a better place but most were forgotten. Well done today fellas.

  • Always Shavasana

    Three Brogii regulars enjoyed the ideal conditions for an early morning limber session. Back, shoulders, hammys, hips and glutes were emphasized to perfection. Mumble chatter included variety of topics including injuries, travels and vacations with and without family. Not sure if all the worlds problems were solved but most were rectified. Plenty of relaxing shavasana was utilized until time was called. Well done fellas.

    Three insomniacs arose at 0430 to stretch, bend, review Netflix shows, and imagine a steeple growing from Handshake’s ass.

    Until further notice, Broga is on at FW when temps are above 40 or until the PAX has a better offer because their Ms watched The Hunting Wives.  All the troubles, stresses, and problems of the world just seem to melt away at Broga.  IYKYK.

  • Steamy Broga

    4 Brogiis rejected the conditioned accommodations of the fartsack to get some stretching in before Ronnie’s FW beatdown. The exciting return of Kubota and the addition of Atilla, sorry to miss the virgin broga session last week, were the highlighted contributors to this weeks PAX. Hutton is also always appreciated.

    Areas of Focus included back, glutes, hammys, quads and shoulders. Extended shavasana was enhanced by the cool arrival of the breeze. Good work this morning fellas. Always good to get limber early in the morn.

  • Pecasaurus Rex!

    It’s weird when other people are at the park before us doing what we presume to be workouts, but then again they were probably wondering why we were there so early as well. Then we get a creepy car driving around the lot very slowly and suspiciously enough for us to grab our KB’s and high tail it out of there since the workout had ended. Weird morning at PFP. Anyway, this is what the strangers witnessed as 2 Rise & Grinders emerged from the gloom for some broga/kbs.

    Grab the KB’s for some upper body strength conditioning. 3 sets of 10-12 of the following. Single and 2 Arm Curls, Single and 2 Arm bent over Rows. 5 sets of 20 real slow Merkins.

    3 joined for Broga despite Last Call getting a better offer. Glad to have Atilla out for his maiden voyage.
