Over the years YHC has learned that any route beyond an out and back will draw blank stares. YHC continues to keep it complicated anyway. Here’s where today: The Route R on Pump L on Old Prescott R on Glen Eagles R on Bridgehaven L on Burnside L on Pump R on Crowncrest or Thistledown L/R on Brookmont L on Cox to the tip Reverso on Cox R on Ridgefield L on Raintree R on Windbluff R on Willowick L on Maremont Back to SF Numberama, Nameorama, COT MOLESKIN YHC couldn’t possibly have kept it any simpler, plus we just…

An elite eight combed the cul-de-nutsacks of WestHoe. Here’s where: The Route L on Pump R on Gayton L on Westcastle R on Orkney L on Willingham L on Orkney L on Helmsdale L on Stoneycreek/ Swansbury L on Tunbridge R on N Bank R on Green Mt/Oakway L on Carisbrook L on Pump Back to SF Numberama, Nameorama, COT MOLESKIN Not sure if Lighthouse’s neighborhood has had its balls tickled like that before, but the PAX did so today. Gypsy hit all the pubes as well. No plastic particles were picked up to YHC’s knowledge. YHC was unaware, but…

8 road warriors met in the gloom to pound the streets of Westhoe, except for the guy that posted on slack yesterday reminding us that it’s again time for a Bro Code run. Despite this set back, the Bro Code run was executed in the traditional, counter-clockwise fashion, ensuring no man, or dog, was left behind. After discussing child rearing, business ideas, traveling for work only to do virtual meetings in a conference room and stories from EF Hutton’s Grow Ruck, it was decided: Lighthouse will be joining the juggernaut that is Westhoe’s Century Classic 2.0 team. Hutton, Honeydo, myself,…

11 pax post to Currahee this morning along 2 four legged friends. Route was given and everyone took off. All stayed together for about 1/2 mile then Pax split in 2. Some went the 4 mile route.. others went the 5 mile one. Glad to have accountability partners. SYITG! V/r John (Gypsy) Boles

Eight chose the gloom over the warmth of an extra hour in bed. We split into groups based on speed, soreness, and levels of sickness and took off toward Short Pump Park. A straight shot—up and down—making it hard to get lost (but no guarantees). Mileage ranged from 4 to 4.5, depending on pace and how much you trust your GPS. Solid effort all around! Appreciate everyone showing up, and for those recovering—heal up and get back out there soon!

Six handsome fellas and some canines hit the mean streets of WestHoe. Here’s where: The Route L on Pump R on Carisbrook Continue on Green Mount L on N Bank L on Tunbridge L on Whitaker Woods Continue on Locust Hill R on Weather Vane R on Green Mount Continue on Carisbrook R on Pump L on Sancrest L on Windingbridge Continue on Hickoryridge L on Falconbridge L on Raintree L on Maremont Back to SF Numberama, Nameorama, COT MOLESKIN The PAX semi-failed at the leave no PAX behind edict today. YHC was trying to do just that when Lighthouse…

It was cold. The Route was the Bro-code. 2 dogs and 5 pax joined up to do a mubblechatter pace 4.5 mile run. Coffee and donuts after. no leaders or followers in Bro-code. We go as one and finish as one.

Route was posted Thursday night. It allows for many alterations, but full route was 5.5 miles with 400+ feet of elevation gain. Arrive at AO with temps in the teens. Quick discussion of route to hear that the route was “a little excessive”. Pace pairs talked about where to cut route to make it back 0615. Headlamps on.. It’s 0530, let’s mosey. YHC ran solo, so was not part of any Mumble Chatter. Back to flag with a few mins left so circle back for the 6. YHC does like this route. It is a challenging 5+ miler. Rollers the…

Nine men set out by foot, all nine returned…eventually. Here’s where: The Route L on Pump L on Falconbridge R on Raintree R on Cherrywood L on Cedarbluff L on Waltham Continue on Chauncey Continue on Raintree L on Maremont Circle Godwin Back to SF Numberama, Nameorama, COT MOLESKIN What’s it called when a 70 something goes missing? IE the opposite of an Amber Alert? Thankfully we didn’t have to find out. Pigskin and running partner made it back safely. Other topics of the morning, UpChuck’s current events, Wally’s haircut, Country Style’s amazing Apple Fritters, and applying to public high…
