YHC showed up about 3 minutes early, planted the shovel flag and in rolls Yardsale. Expecting a light crow this week with many regulars out of town on vacation, the jump rope, and bands were brought out this morning for a Tabata Stretch workout. COP We start with a slow jog around the front parking lot then 20 SSH and 10 DQ’s THANG So we break out the jump ropes and start the Tabata workout.
