Where was everybody today? DaVille does have a Messenger group. Often one of us will put out a message asking who is posting tomorrow. Again, there were no responses. Should we assume that nobody will make it out? Well, today two who did not HC posted today. Rainy days and Mondays did not get us down or away. We actually did not get that wet. Today’s workout also included zero running. We did not take a run, jog, anything. It was all walking and exercising. That is likely a first for YHC at a DaVille bootcamp.

The entire workout was done at the commons entrance to Atlee High School. There was a large trash cart filled to the top with water. Why was it there and how did so much water get into it? How long will it stay there? Will it be there next week? Post next week and find out.

    Announcements:

    • Summer Tour locations for this week have been posted. A spotlight should go to Friday’s RAMM Gears. YHC will be out of town for this one, but he strongly encourages others to make it if possible. It’s usually a ton of fun.

    NMS

It was a great morning at DaVile this morning. YHC had no idea that Macho is a possible professional Jump Roper. While the other 4 were struggling, he was jumping while crossing his arms, jumping backwards, and other party type jump rope tricks. Pretty cool.

YHC learned over the weekend that watching the World Cup on Telemundo is the way to watch. YHC does not understand Spanish, but the excitement in the language is more impactful to this viewer than what is being said. YHC does not know the players and does not need an explanation of the rules. Telemundo is the way to watch.
