7 HIMs ventured out to The Green Mile this morning for the final workout at this location. It has been decided to relocate the AO to the neighborhood across the street – Harper’s Mill (more details to come) as we have been getting some PAX members to show up from this hood. 4 HIMs came out today to get the day started off right! Abbreviated warmup as Heist took forever to hang his F3 sign outside of the Green Mile parking lot, so we started off with some stretches and light exercises to warm up. Sign is now hung, grab your cinder block and let’s mosey! Round 1 – Bus Loop Starting with 6 reps, pax performs 6 jump squats and 6 curls, then runs to the 6th bus lane and back in one minute or less, then rest. Next set, 7x and run to 7th bus lane. 5 of SOJ’s finest came out to see what this week’s installment of the green mile had in store for them. 1 PAX came rolling in white lightning style as the PAX had started the mosey. No one could believe how fast that Van could corner. According to a jogger nearby here is what went down. As YHC drove to the Green mile we contemplated doing the workout in my garage and wondered if anyone would be present on a moist morning. We were in luck as a basketball team showed up to see what the Green Mile had in store for them. The mumble chatter was strong this morning as we discussed 8 tracks, CD’s, Cassette tapes, etc. as the tunes blasted. Warm up: Usual stuff. COP: To various song, perform various exercises. YHC quickly took us out in prayer.

Despite rainy conditions, 3 HIMs weren’t afraid of melting and showed up to The Green Mile. With multiple spots with overhangs, the PAX stayed fairly dry through the Hot Potato workout. According to Dumar’s dreams (no sign of life/lights at the home front according to Hermey when arrived to pick him up) this is how it went down: Futon Q – Warm up with mosey to the covered area on the side of the school. 8 F3 stud muffins pulled into The Green Mile today to get their sweat on. Mission statement, core values, disclaimer. Wounded pigeon stretch, jazzercise, SSH, cherry pickers and a few wife stretches. EMOM: 10 exercises with 20 second rest in between. Jump squats, WW2, burpees, elbow plank, curb dips, windshield wipers, merkins, no surrenders, lunge, SSH with a sprint across the parking lot at the end. We were able to perform 2 rounds. 5 HIMs came out to the Green Mile this morning on the 18th anniversary of the shooting at Virginia Tech. It was my junior year and a day that I will never forget. You either knew someone impacted or had a friend who knew someone who was impacted. My wife’s roommate was one that took 3 bullets, but thank god has recovered.
