    3 Mannly Men rolled in at the last second on a misty morning.

    Warmup: Trunk Rotation, Dead Mans Hang, Grab Each Ankle, Side Straddle Hops, LBC’s and maybe a couple others.

    Tabata: 20 seconds on, 10 seconds off. Each exercise 8 times. 9 different exercises: Curls, LBC’s, Calf Raises, Halo’s, WWII situps, Squats, Sholder Presses, Boat Canoe, Lunges. All exercises with kettlebells.

    Numberama, Namarama. Announcements – 3rd F Thursday at PBR. Where’s Trout? Safe travels for Opus in Spain. Quick healing for Boo Boo.

    The workout was good but by time with the guys and the discussions we had were great. SYITG.

      • Curls, WWIIs, squats, triceps extension, KB flutter kicks, calf raises, shoulder thrusts, American hammers, bob and weaves

      • Boo Boo spotted a series of moving objects which could be potentially UFOs (most likely satellites)
      • Hard work was put in by all

    Lucky Horseshoe – Start with one exercise for 13 reps then a lap around the parking lot then add an exercise each round with 13 reps for each. After adding all 5 exercises drop the first one till down to last one added then finish with a victory lap. Exercises were Merkins, Halos, Goblet Squats, Hammers (2ct) w/ KB, and Swings

    11’s – Demon Crushers one side and Lawnmows the other with KB lunges between

    Numberrama, Namerama, Announcements, Yardsale took us out

    MOLESKIN

    Been a few months since YHC has swung a KB so it felt good to get back out. Today was about bring back the old. Lucky Horseshoe use to be staple workout at MannDate back when Honey Do first introduced it during a Takeover Week back in 2018. Was great to completed once again.

    YHC kept the reps lower than normal to make sure it was completed but also to bring back another oldy but goody with one of Emoji’s “favorites” Demon Crushers

      • Ab workout of choice in between sets and lap around parking lot after 1 round
      • Exercises were squats, bench presses, shoulder presses, rows and deadlifts

      • Happy hour this Thursday at 6pm at Piggy’s Deli and Bar

    • Mr. Holland’s 8 count total body pump x 10
    • Notes:
      • A sluggish start turned into quite a beatdown, hard work put in by all

    7 Davillians came out on a cold Wednesday to help YHC celebrate another trip around the sun

    Double Check – One partner does a KB lunge to the sidewalk and back while second partner does an exericse. Then swith and repeat for 3 different sets.

    • KB Step Ups
    • Leg Lifts with KB hold
    • Overhead Press

    Lazy Dory – One partner does exercises while other does KB hold (overhead or dead man hold) switch after 20 to 30 reps. 100 Merkins, 200 Demon Crushers, 30 Goblet Squats

    Not Love Hill – Partner up, first partner runs from the middle of the parking lot to then end while second works on exercises. Switch, Rinse, and Rpeat. Exercises – KB Bear Crawl, KB Lunge, KB Broad Jump

    1 MOM – Boat/Canoe

    Numberrama, Namerama, Announcements, Opus took us out
