2 New Kent ruck truckers got out of the fart sacks and on the open road to get in a speedy ruck at the Lumberyard this gloom! We caught up and shared a lot of interesting discussion.

MABA at The Pork Rind
3 crunchy ol’ chaps and 1 friendly F3 pup emerged from the gloom at a new location hidden somewhere between Richmond & New Kent, deeming it The Pork Rind in reference to Commando’s state of flexibility when it comes to Burpees. The 2 Qs arrived early to scope out the grounds and kicked us off with 10 burpees.

I’ve gotta give credit to Commando for getting out this past Saturday for a Pre Lumberyard Ruck on a real frosty gloom, I promised I’d be there, but with the new phone, I did not pay attention to the details between AM & PM and slept in. Way to go Commando! 👏

2 backpack wearing students of the gloom emerged onto the Loco Motion AO for an OT.B ruck session in the heart of New Kent.
Bus drivers witnessed these couple of pubescent facial haired students walking around campus at a high pace as if they were late for class!

Ruck Miles Piling Up
2 Extra Credit Rucking machines emerged from the gloom to log a 3 mile ruck at a grand pace of 16:30/mi. Watch the sunrise, and enjoy one another’s company with some conversation. YHC has rucked over 30 miles this month. I’m certain Commando has rucked more than YHC!

Always Going Hard at The Lumberyard Part 3
F3’s New Kent originals emerged from the gloom for a glorious OTB beatdown!
Warmarama – Do some parking lot stretching, mosey and get on the field for YHCs march of pain. Mosey.
Bleacher Creatures – perform 5 reps of the following: Dips, Incline Merkins and creature crawl into 5 Derkins. Do at all 6 Bleachers. Mosey.
Stop by the batting cages – each PAX takes a fence panel wall sit at 10 seconds, the PAX in the back moves to the following panel ahead while PAX 2 counts to 10. Continue until running out of fence. Mosey.
PAX takes turns performing 3 slow pull-ups for 5 sets. Mosey the trail
Trail sign mosey for a half mile. 10 reps at every post. 3 posts of of V Crunches, 3 Posts of WWIIs, 3 Posts of Copperhead Squats.

RuckTrey Wednesday
The normal crowd of two showed up today for our normal Wednesday ruck in the neighborhood. Today’s conversation started with Matlock’s unruly dishwasher, followed by appliance woes in general, how working for Amazon is a get rich quick scheme but how it’s also just a terrible company to work for.
Did our normal ruck, about 3 miles in 50 minutes.
