    6 PAX hit OTB on a very humid sunday morning.

    Runners got 6 miles.

    Walkers did not get 6 miles.

    7 studs got together for another edition of off the books. A few eye rolls and some guesses on how much Hutton rucksack weighs. 2nd F was much needed after a long week

    5 Ran in 2 groups and 3 walked a fast 3.5 miles.

  • Lawless Sunday – Off the Books

    Three walkers, one rucker, and four runners covered various distances by foot. Multiple laws were broken, not all by the F3 PAX.

  • Why am I waking up at 4:10am?

    That was Handshake’s text to YHC this morning before the departure from the fartsack on this humid, 75 degree morning. We were joined by two more Broga enthusiasts(?) for YHC’s Broga VQ. Also, it was Handshake’s first Broga post, which I’m sure won’t be his last(?)

    We worked most of the body, but for some reason, YHC focused on the groin area more than any other area. Shavasna was nice at the end until the sound of car’s mufflers entering the parking lot disturbed the mood.

  • OTB with the M

    While on vacation last week YHC enjoyed some exercise on the Beach. YHC’s M considered it more of forced quality time, but it was a good opportunity to get some miles on the sand. Weather was nice, conversation was good.

    NMS – this was the only real exercise YHC had while on vacation. YHC has/is dealing with some Calf issues so R&R was needed.

  • Economics 101

    Four runners, two walkers, and one dumb rucker, took to the streets for various mileages between 3 and 7. Aisle 5 gave Wilson and YHC a lesson in what not to do when buying real estate. Also concur with your M before hiring an attractive realtor.

  • Just to guys rucking with a dog

    YHC expected a bigger showing for a gorgeous Sunday morning at OTB. But he stood alone with his dog until just prior to push off aisle 5 came screaming in. Apparently he had to drop the kids off at the pool prior to departure. 3.5 miles covered. great F2 with aisle 5 afterwords.

  • House Party, the day after

    6 stallions, some recovering from the House Party VQ made it to another episode of Off the Books.   70 and Sunny as usual.  2nd F was much needed.
