  • Just a simple walk…..

Due to some travel with some PAX and the desire to keep moving, a few decided to power walk at Satan’s Hill. Got in 3 miles. Nice job fellas.

Aisle 5 is moving and has a host of great stories to share on next OTB walk. He is out in Buffalo for a few, but looks forward to returning.

Looking forward to hearing how Cooper loved his birthday gift of seeing Dude Perfect LIVE!

    Travel safely brothers!

  • Easing back into it

Easing back into the mix from Vacation 3 dude hit the streets of Satans Hill in New market for some mile. 3 Plus miles were had!

  • Mission Accomplished

    Mission Accomplished

3 paddlers met on the James River to do a bit of Recon for the upcoming First Watch River Workout.

    Warmarama:
Parking Lot right next to the brand new Kayak launch was closed. No worries for the men of F3. Park on the side street, Unload Kayaks and coolers and Farmer Carry down the trail, down the steps, down the hill and to the launch site. This should be fun at 5:00am was noted.

    The Thang:
Paddle up river from the Huguenot Bridge to the Willy Bridge, make note for stops along the way. Sand bar was still under water but should make an appearance in time for Wed. Will be a good spot for Scorpion Kicks.

Made it to the Willy Bridge and paddled around the island and then a Mosey back down river to the Flag. Kubota did an audible and cancelled our Triple Check back to Flag and carried his own Kayak. Honeydo and YHC Partner Carried all the way.

The Eagles are looking forward to our return on Wednesday at 5:00am.
Join us on Wednesday. Reach out to Kubota if you need a Kayak, he may have extras.

  • 55 and Sunny

10, that’s right 10 stallions ready to take on the day. The runners ran and the walkers walked.

No breakfast in bed… No Brunch reservations… We might light up the grill, head to the pool, watch a little golf… Let’s surround ourselves with family and friends and enjoy the day. Happy Father’s Day!!

  • Last Lap

3 stretching enthusiasts woke up a tad earlier to get some Hot Broga in with the temperature 70 degrees with 100 percent humidity. With our Broga guru, Last Call on vacation, YHC stepped up to lead these men to find their inner self. Back, legs, shoulders, and wrists were the hot areas covered today to make sure our bodies were ready for the Ultimate Frisbee showdown. Good work today Oyster and House Party! Appreciate you guys letting me lead!

  • Humidity has entered the chat

5 heard some rumbling, felt a little rain but as always OTB was 70 and sunny. 3 runners and 2 walkers took off for another edition of Off the Books. Gumbo’s watch clocked 6 miles. Well done boys!

2nd F at Starbucks. Great way to start the day!

  • Expanding the Brand

YHC and Last Call took the Broga show on the road. First time bringing peace, love, and grunting to the FORGE. Wedding Singer stopped by for the grand finale and earned his data point. Did a full body workout including the now popular cross body hamstring stretches. Great way to get loosened up before Doozy’s epic beatdown.

  • Lawyers are some tricky suns o’ guns.

3 Runners and 1 walker to flight from OTB Sunday morning. During the run, YHC lamented to Gumbo about the unique language and treachery in which lawyers use to speak. It’s not for the common folk. Gumbo could only puff his chest out with pride…or was it hang his head in shame? Hard to say.

5.5 for the runners. Bone Thugs logged a solid 75 minute walk. Discussion of a sending out a search party was considered but the good coffee made us think otherwise.

Other problems of the world were solved during coffeeteria. I’m not sure anyone took notes though.

    It was a good day.

  • Belle Isle Ruck

4 Ruckers got some pre-beatdown miles in. Over to Belle Isle around and through then back over for the main course.

NMS: Nice to get some miles rucked with these studs. Time to start getting ready for Growruck in Hampton Roads in October.
