2 Davillians decided to go rogue and have their tomato run on a different day.

Meeting at 6, The Carpenter and YHC started at the Honey Meadows clubhouse and did the King Charter/Totopotomoy Loop to get in 5.25 miles

Great mumble chatter about recent events and our up coming Colonial

  • 2 of the 3 had to go #2 and 1 did

Farmhouse loop. There is a grey comfort station on the way out and back that has a higher stalactite than it did yesterday.

Also, Mudface and No Idea were spotted doing their rucking thang.

    Lab Rat apologizes…

  • Waiting on bulkhead

Ran the rutland 4 mile loop. Had a great write up but it went away so this is all you are getting now.

  • A Familiar Loop

4 Davillians came out to enjoy a cool start to June with a morning run. The loop was through Giles, Giles Farm, Craney Island, then loop back for around 5 miles

Colonial 70 training is now in full swing. Opus has a great game plan by following the Garmin half marathon training. After he completed 8 miles yesterday he still came out and ran half of the time. T-Claps brother!

  • The Hard Way Run

2 Davillains enjoyed a misty Monday morning run. The route went from Giles, Giles Farm, and loop around Craney Island stopping every 5 mintues to complete 25 Merkins and 25 Squats.

200 Merkins + 200 Squats completed as well

Trout came to an empty parking lot waiting for his friends but no one showed up so ran the 4 mile Rutland Chicken loop….alone…

Lite mumble chatter this morning other than the new normal talk regarding COVIN-19
