YHC was thrilled to see 7 HIMs in attendance this morning at the Twin Team Lounge this morning. Temperatures and attitudes were near perfection as always. Warm-a-rama: Back and forth across the blacktop. In conversation warmup with Ukranian soldiers, walking high knees, quad stretch, jogs, etc. Then circle up for some stretching to get those muscles loose. You can’t rush perfection at the Lounge.
