Two studs posted for the Wed evening hill run and here is how we rolled..

Wheelbarrow – 1 long loop –  1 short loop

Swirly – 2 long loops

Boom!

Great to have Wheelbarrow out on a Wed evening run – well done dude.

Come on out fella’s and get your miles in !

    Thanks for double-dipping on the runs Swirly – I thought I was going to be solo after you and TYA hit the trails in the AM.

    I ended up doing two short loops at the end for just under 4 miles.
