I do not comment of BB’s that often, but I would be negligent if I did not acknowledge the PAX. 7-11 and CK would like to thank each F3RVA PAX for the opportunity of 7-11 to crash an all male workout group during this summer. Leading by example is sometimes the best form of leadership and CK would like to acknowledge the example each PAX for their example. At the start of summer, 7-11 had a goal of getting better cardio for college athletics. Mission accomplished. THANKS
