No burpees, bear crawls, or donkey kicks???

Decided on my long .5 mile drive this morning that I would try to Q without doing any of my 3 go-to exercises (burpees, bear crawls, or donkey kicks).

Warm Up

Did some rounds of Curls, Jerkins, Merkins, Planks, Shoulder Taps. Lots of Arm Circles and some running up Satan’s Hill. Plank jacks and more arm circles. And some other random stuff.

Ab work for the last 7 minutes.

Strong work guys!

    Nice Q. This pax member especially appreciated the lack of burpees. This makes me worry though about future q’s.
