    TUESDAY UPDATE: Wow! So many volunteers showed up this morning that we got through sorting and packing all donations already. Thank you!!

    For those of you who have been asking, here is a list of immediate needs today. You can drop off at Harpers Mill clubhouse located at 8600 Pullman Lane. If the clubhouse is closed upon arrival, please leave donations outside doors under covered patio and volunteers will be checking frequently to pick up.

    Men’s gym shorts of all sizes – HUGE NEEED
    Men’s tshirts – size medium or large
    Men’s underwear of all sizes
    Women’s underwear (briefs) of all sizes
    Women’s sports bras
    Women’s long dresses or skirts – HUGE NEED
    Diaper rash cream
    Shampoo
    New kids underwear and/or used kids underwear only in good condition

    Please do not donate anything with sequins, sparkles, flags or potentially violent graphics (I.e. guns, war, etc) Also, no sleeveless or strap-only tops please.

    Good workout. Though we modified the modify to 400, 800, 1200, 1600m runs. Added 1200 additional m with 50 plank jacks and 40 LBCs in between, finished last lap to COT. Shout out to @Honeymoon for joining in the additional 1200, and @Doozy for running the last 400 with us after finishing the full Capoot. Just sharing for big data and to tell you thanks for the push.
