ULTIMATE 4 CORNERS : We made history at Rockwood Park today by combining 3 adjacent parking lots together for 4 Corners – Corner 1 was 40 Merkins, Corner 2 was 40 Flutter Kicks DOUBLE COUNT, Corner 3 was 40 SSH, Corner 4 was 40 Stiletto Squats on parking curbs

Partner Up for a Dora : Timer runs to far side fence and back. Exercises were 100 Merkins, 200 Squats, 300 LBC’s but time expired during LBC’s before we could finish.
