We Bernied the hill and crawl bear down 5ish times. We finished off with a ring of fire on the yoga mat for abs. This was a fast fun Q to mark the 1 year. It was one day shy of a year so 364, 127 is how many Posts I’ve had, 44 lbs I’ve lost, 30 Q’s, and 5ish FNG’s. Thanks to everyone continuing to push me.
