The same 2 Herculean Iron Haulin’ Brutes arrived on horseback this gloom to keep the torch burning with some sandbags and metal music! We kicked this gloom off with some Warmarama and great conversation about last nights Men’s Group.
Countdowns – Start with a 10 Rep exercise called by either PAX – run a lap around the pavilions and meet up for a set of 9 reps and continue that pattern until finishing at 1 Rep. included: Ball Dippers, Pistol Squats, Weighted Step Ups, Wojo Squats, Sandbag Squats, Burpees…
3 Sets – 30 sec Wall Sit / 10 Donkey Kicks / 10 Hoe Downs – run a lap around the snack shack after every round.
3 sets – 10 sandbag Squat Thrusters – run the snack shack between every set.
3 Sets – Core Stuff! P1 Freddie’s until P2 completes 12 sandbag WWIIs. Run a lap and switch P1 with P2, run a lap (that’s 1 set)
3 Sets – Bench Raises – Pit a sandbag on the edge of the picnic bench and perform 20 calf raises per set, run a lap after each set.

Moleskin: every man hits that fork in the road of life, to go down a path of his own or God’s, the path of his own is unchanging and ends in the way of nothing but a sad clown. Then there’s the other path of having faith and following the plan that God has set out for you, into the unknown and the wild, but that same faith will get you through anything and that is ultimately the life of adventure and legacy we want to leave behind.
