Lighthouse and six others went dancing through West Broad Village to find the ten lovely brick intersections and get some exercise. After a brief run, we met at the children’s playground where some creepy old guy was waiting for us. After realizing it was Pigskin, we did some warmups. Then we ventured East until we hit the end of the road and then turned right until we got to the Gazebo. Along the way, we hit these beautiful brick intersections and at each one did an exercise: either 20 merkins, 20 heals to heaven, 20 WW2 or 10 burpees. When we got to the Gazebo, we had already hit seven of these stops. At the Gazebo, we added 20 dips to 20 heals and 20 jump squats. Then we headed back towards John Rolfe and hit two more brick intersections for more exercises including another set of burpees.
Needing some distance, we ran to John Rolfe and then down the path to the dog park. At the end we did more WW2s until the 6 arrived and then did 20 in cadence. We then moseyed home, brocode style and did one turn at the bus loop to hit 3 miles. We ended with 20 heals to heaven.
The nice weather was a treat, as was the company. Thanks for letting me lead.
