Seven DaVillians posted on this Tuesday to Atlee High School to run, ruck, and do both. There were 2 runners who went into Giles, Craney Island Estates, and back. Lab Rat and Opus ran another route that went to the back of Atlee High School and possibly into Kings Charter and Honey Meadows. The 3 ruckers rucked somewhere around Atlee.

It was great having Lab Rat out today. Although this run is technically not the Tomato Run which he was the founder of, Lab Rat was the founder of an F3 run at Atlee High School almost 10 years ago.
Well done everybody today. The heat continues but will break soon.
