  • Horseshoe

POG started us out with a little warm up and passed the Q to Honeymoon.  I took the PAX straight to the Horeshoe for some love…..

    The thing:

Horseshoe back and forth on the long path 4 total times

1st – 5 burpees and run to the other end

2nd – 5 burpees and 10 merkins run to the other side

3rd – 5 burpees, 10 merkins and 20 squats run to the other side

4th – 5 burpees, 10 merkins, 20 squats and 30 mountain climbers run to the other side

5th – 5 burpees, 10 merkins, 20 squats, 30 mountain climbers and 40 crunches run to the other side

6th – Reverse the above and drop the last exercise at each end until you are just at burpees!

Strong work in the heat and always happy to lead a great group of guys!

  • Little run time

Two plus Annie dog hit the pavement and enjoyed the morning for around 4.5 miles!

  • Who is the Q?

Warm up as normal as it looked to be a slow easy morning as all PAX seemed a little tired and beat from the week.  Little did I know or them that we had a little beat down in store for us!  Traveled the New Market unknown rock walking trail to both ends doing little work at each end.  Once I realized this little trail reminded me of the horseshoe we knew it had to happen!

    The thing:

Horseshoe back and forth on the long path 4 total times

1st – 10 merkins and 1 burpee on other end

2nd – 15 WWII and 2 burpee on other end

3rd – 20 Squats and 3 burpee on other end

    Ending with 4 brupees.

To wrap up the remaining time we explored the neighborhood and hit almost every man hole along with burpees at any yard with sprinkler system on.

Great to lead this AM and strong work to all.  Have great day and enjoy these warm temps….heat is coming soon!

  • Man Hole with a few Blocks!

5 gathered for a cold spring morning in the New Market! Started with normal activities and ended up running to the back of the hood. Once we got back to the back part of the hood we ran Man hole cover burpees. After first round we found some blocks to use for curls and other creative activities while each person ran an out and back. Wilson hurt his calf and I broke my block! Back to the front of the hood but 2 pushups at every man hole until your back. Finished with little marry. Good work and hopefully the calf injury will not keep WIlson out………

  • Manholes = Burpees

4 gathered at a good 10′ distance for some quick stretching exercises before we hit the hood for some miles!

Run to the back of the hood and from there we started burpees at every manhole we passed and increased from 1 too 2 at each. Total back and forth = 3miles and a butt load of burpees.

Strong work guys and keep your head up, we will get through all this together but for now it will be distancing…..

  • OG Run and OG Fartsack
