  • On Campus Tour

A whopping 13 amigos pulled the early morning shift on the Tuckahoe Neighborhood Watch to determine if the predawn hours were any less swampy but found no such reprieve. With Handshake arriving early for Broga, Marv turned out to be the launch timer. The following was rumored to have occurred for your viewing pleasure.

Short mosey over to the church for warmarama, disclaimers and all legal documentation. Exercises included Invisible Jumprope, Helis, Dead Man Hang, Jazzercise, LBC’s, Hello Dollies, Rosalitas. No sweat dripping yet, lets begin:

COP 1: Mankillers: With everyone in position, YHC decided to bust out a fan favorite to burn some clock and determine the rest of the routine. Kubota could not contain his excitement and was thrilled with decision.

COP 2: Slow mosey to the coupon pile to collect some weight. Group of 3’s and 4’s all added up to a variety of Triple Checks. Many exercises in 3 sets with timer either running or block reps.

Numbers Names Announcements and Prayers – Kubota took us out.

NMS: After weeks of going off campus with plenty of miles logged, YHC had no plan except to avoid exercises named after states and tours around neighboring streets. Triple Checks seemed like a good way to encourage good mumble chatter and have some laughs along the way. Topics included, among others, timely slack posting, beach attire and scheduling the open house at Flo’s new Scotts Addition abode. Mankillers were just an added touch to bring some SOJ class to the group. Appreciative of the great numbers turning out in the humid temps. T-shirt ideas should be a flowin.

  • Fancy Broga

4 Early Rising Brojiis turned into 6 before long to see what YHC was serving for the opening leg of the double header Q. Hutton came prepared with a new mat that was the envy of others that only brought towels. Worked back, shoulders, hamstrings and hips. Great turnout giving OG Broga at No Toll a run for the money.

  • Hot Broga

A pair of Broga regulars arrived at the sauna of No Toll for a few moans and groans before the epic OC beatdown. YHC led in some new positions including some shoulder work that was HP approved followed by a sitting pigeon that was not so much. All in all a good session in the August stillness. Enjoyed the comradery with House Party.

  • Pigeon Works Well

Three hombres traveled from vast lands and arrived early for the calm before the storm. Concentrated areas consisted of shoulders, hips, hamstrings and back. Doublemint is becoming a pigeon fan while House Party seemed to enjoy all aspects. Great company. Speedy recovery for Doublemint.

  • Broga Broga

A pair of a pair woke early to discover the overnight dampness that had descended upon Tuckahoe. Conditions were not conducive for our normal location so we ventured off campus to the echoed coverings of River Road Baptist. Upchuck duly noted the operational sprinklers on the journey.

Broga commenced with particular attention to shoulders, hips and hamstrings. Towels did not provide the required protection for Hutton and groans were a bit louder than normal but Shavasana and Pigeon always come thru as crowd pleasers before the ensuing beatdown by Upchuck. Well done fellas.

  • Patrolling the Block

18 fine looking gentlemen and 1 not so good looking lad descended on the hard courts of No Toll to see what YHC had in store for a beatdown to break out from last weeks’ holiday fog. This is what was told back at the precinct by Chesterfields finest ensuring no suspect activity was occurring.

Dealer VQ at Forge 7/28 –

NMS: YHC had some extra cinderblocks of varying size lying around the jobsite. Hopefully they last longer in No Toll than they did at the Forge. Too bad YHC quick math was off for a triple check but improvisation prevailed. More running than YHC expected as that loop was brutal. Good work by Florence, Dealer and Posey. Great mumble chatter and turn out this morning. Enjoyed the company and the day fellas.

  • Broga or Stretching

Six Borgii veterans arrived early and dressed in their flexible finest. Emphasis today was on the back, hips and shoulders. Good times had by all. Oyster showed his creativity by utilizing seat covers for his broga mat.

NMS: YHC had been looking at exploring Riverton Drive for a few weeks. Length and elevation were deceptive. Brutal slow climbing hill which the PAX crushed. Good mumble chatter before the holiday weekend. Daylight monkey humpers are always enjoyable and a great recruiting tool. Enjoy the day fellas and have a good holiday weekend.

  • Breaking in the Turf

A pair of trios fought through the fartsack to descend onto the humid air encompassing South Richmond. According to the security cameras following our hooligan activities, this is what was rumored to have occurred.

Short mosey to the front of Huguenot High School for disclaimer and warm ups that included SSH’s, Helicopters, Dead Man Hang, Jazzercise, Suzanne Summers, Hand Release Merkins and possibly others. No Prince so lets continue to mosey..

Time running low so make our way back to the flag. On the way back quick stop on the hill, with the freshly cut grass, for some clockwork merkins. Continue on back to the flag.

1 minute of mary to include arm circles and Michael Phelps to loosen up the shoulders.

Numbers, Names, Announcements (4th of July Convergence at Batteau (Forest Hill Park) at 7 am. YHC took us out.

NMS: YHC has been wanting to get back on the football field since we located Snuff Gate. Incorporating the bleachers found significant space at the top for future enjoyment. Beast does not promote significant mumble chatter but the plush turf is always appreciated for a future Hardywood shoeless Q. Way to work those shoulders today boys. Enjoy the holiday weekend.

  • Not in the Face

A quartet of limber fellows arrived in the early morning hours looking to work out the muscle kinks and aches. Targeted areas included hamstrings, hips, back, quads, some shoulders and neck. The stretchy bands were not a favorite for some of the PAX, while others will be on the hunt for thicker mats to improve comfort. Good times were had by all. Namaste fellas.
